Hitoshi was surprisingly still asleep in my bed. Me? I was sitting at the bar, reading my book from last night, already changed into the clothes I had planned for today. Dad walked into the living room and looked around before standing in the kitchen looking directly at me.
"Kaede, you're lucky I like that boy. Otherwise his ass would've been on the street in seconds," He stated bluntly, looking at me.
My heart slammed to a stop as I looked at him. I decided to play dumb, and tilted my head, "Why?" I asked, faking innocence in my voice.
Dad sucked in a deep breath while getting a skillet out, "Lets just say, you two weren't as quiet as you thought," He informed while getting some eggs out of the fridge, "And we've got thin walls,"
My cheeks turned a deep shade of red as I stared at him, eyes wide at the blunt remarks. "D-Dad!!" I exclaimed, hiding my face in the book.
He let out a soft chuckle and spoke, "I'm just saying, if he wasn't wearing a c-"
"We didn't go that far!" I exclaimed embarrassed.
Dad looked at me. I could see the wheels in his head turning before realization crossed his face, "Good. If it does get to that point, I don't wanna hear it," He glanced over my shoulder, "And you better where a condom, boy-o," My head whipped around to see Hitoshi standing there with cheeks redder then mine.
I leaned forward against the bar with an embarrassed whine, "Dad, give us some slack, please,"
Dad released a chuckle and shrugged his shoulders, "Fine. I can't speak for Masaru though. Anyways, how many eggs would you kids want?" He asked.
"Just one," I mumbled as Hitoshi sat next to me on the bar.
"One," He replied.
The door suddenly swung open to reveal Shin'ichi and Shou standing there. "Did he use a condom?!" Shin'ichi asked loudly.
"Oh for the love of everything that is holy, quit!" I exclaimed, "We didn't go that far!"
Hitoshi was hiding his face in his arms, I could see the blooming blush that now stretched from his cheeks and ears, to the back of his neck.
"Boys, cut him some slack will you? He's already embarrassed enough by the fact I know about it," Dad said.
I sighed quietly and stood up from off the stool and grabbed Hitoshi's hand. I dragged him back towards my bedroom. Once we were in the safety of my room I let go of his hand and plopped down onto the bed with a small sigh.
"I'm sorry about them, Hitoshi," I mumbled apologetically, "Its what they do each time..you know.." I trailed off.
Hitoshi laid down next to me and pulled me close, "Its okay," He mumbled, still sounding sleepy, "But next time we do that again, we're staying at my place," He informed.
My cheeks reddened as I looked at him. Was he implying that we were going to do it another time? I only nodded my head and looked at him, brushing my fingers along his clothed chest. He opened an eye to look at him, showing obvious signs of tiredness.
"Something wrong?" He asked quietly.
"Nope. Just admiring my amazingly hot boyfriend," I teased him.
His cheeks reddened as he rolled to face me, pulling me into his chest and mumbled, "Can we just sleep today? I'm so tired,"
I chuckled quietly and wrapped my arms around him as well, pressing a quick kiss onto his lips before speaking, "Of course,"

When I woke back up, it was three in the afternoon. I yawned sleepily and stretched out my limbs. I didn't get the chance to realize Hitoshi had been gone until he laid back down next to me.
"Hey, babe," He greeted looking at me.
"Hi," I replied, stretching my arms out in front of me.
Hitoshi chuckled softly and spoke, "You sleep well?" His voice held a teasing tone to it.
Before I could reply the door opened and Dad popped his head in, "Okay, two things. There was a situation down at the office, so I'm gonna be gone for a while. There's also a situation downtown that your brothers are helping with. So if we aren't back by tonight just make yourselves some dinner," Dad quickly said.
I scrambled into an sitting position and looked at him with wide eyes, "What happened?" I asked, "Where are the girls?" The words were flying out of my mouth so fast I barely had time to register what I was even saying.
"They're with Granny, relax. They'll be fine, if anything they've probably already made it to Aunt Rio's," He stated, "Now I gotta go. Give them a call, will you? I'll be back later," He stated as he closed the door.
He was gone and out the door in a matter of time. Hitoshi grabbed my hips before I spoke and pulled me closer to him, "Hito, I gotta call them," I mumbled as he pressed a soft kiss onto my lips.
"I know," Hitoshi mumbled as he released my hips, "Come back after you call them though," He stated.
I nodded greatfully and clambered off the bed, letting out a small yelp as I nearly fell. I grabbed my phone and quickly pulled up the contacts, finding Granny's and pressing the small call button.
It immediately went to voice mail and my heart skipped a beat. I felt my hands start to shake as I sat down on the bed, leaning over and finding my aunt's contact. I wasted no time in pressing the call button.
"Hey, Kaede," Rio's voice greeted on the other end and I let out a quiet sigh of relief.
"Are you okay, Aunt Rio?" I asked, running a hand through my hair, "Is Granny with you? Are the girls safe?" I ranted.
"Of course, Granny's phone died so I had to plug it up. Everyone is safe and sound," Aunt Rio assured, "Calm down okay?"
I felt Hitoshi wrap his arms around my waist and pulled me close to him, remaining silent though. His breath is my neck making a small knot form in my stomach as my cheeks reddened, "O-Okay. I was just checking on you guys. Call me if anything happens?"
His lips brushed against the skin on my neck and a deeper blush found its way onto my cheeks. "Okay sweetie, I love you. Be safe,"
"I love you too, Bye," I mumbled into the phone.
I heard the phone hang up and Hitoshi suddenly seemed like a completely different person all the sudden. He grabbed the phone and set it down on the nightstand seconds before pinning me to the bed.
I gasped in surprise and my cheeks turned multiple shades of red while he looked down at me with pink tinted cheeks. "K-Kaede?" He mumbled, looking down at me.
My heart raced in my chest at the look he was giving me. It was that same look from last night, "Y-Yeah?" I stammered out as his hands made their way down to my hips.
Hitoshi's cheeks turned red as he spoke, "I-I've been thinking..." He looked at me and pressed a soft kiss to my lips, "I-I want...I want to go all the way," He was acting like he was last night while asking for consent, "With you," He finished with a heavy blush on his cheeks as he looked at me.
