((A/N): So two things. One, updates will be extremely slow because I have summer school. Don't worry though, its only for a week. Two, from here on out, I'm going to stop going by the books and I might pick up after school, during lunch, or before school. Cool? Cool. Also, this will be a fluff because why the hell not.)
I stretched my arms out, tired beyond belief. The spot next to me was empty and I frowned, turning my head to see it was almost one in the afternoon.
My eyes immediately flew wide open and I shot upwards, quickly changing into more comfortable close before rushing into the living room where Hitoshi and Dad sat watching TV.
Hitoshi was sitting with his body twisted to look at the screen while his back pressed against the arm of the couch. He had one leg pulled up and curled beneath the other one that dangled. Dad sat in his recliner, looking relaxed as usual.
"Sleep well, kiddo?" Dad asked, looking at me with slight amusement.
"S-Sorry for sleeping in so late. The last week kicked my butt," I stated, sending a sheepish smile towards him. I didn't exactly lie about why I slept so late, but I didn't exactly tell the truth either.
Hitoshi looked at me with a slight grin on his lips, "I figured that's why you slept so late," He stated. The grin on his lips seemed cocky, which was unusual as I walked over and sat next to him.
"Hey, Kaede," Masaru, who was in the kitchen, had a big smirk on his face, "You really got to start hiding your hickeys better,"
My cheeks turned a deep shade of red as I had completely forgotten about the hickeys. Hitoshi had a small blush on his cheeks, but chuckled a bit. I quickly hid my neck with my hands and sulked as Masaru laughed and sat on the other of the couch.
"Theres no point in hiding it now," He chuckled.
I scowled and moved to where I was on the other side Hitoshi, my legs drapped over his lap. The purple haired male moved to where the closest arm to me was wrapped around me and his legs in a better position.
"Sh-shut up!" I whined, hiding my face in Hitoshi's slightly toned chest.

I ran sighed quietly as Hitoshi laid next to me, twirling a pen he had found between his fingers. He had one hand tucked beneath his head, and his right leg bent at the knee. Dad and Masaru had left to do something, leaving me and Hitoshi in charge of the girls.
"How's your back?" I asked, glancing at him curiously.
"Slightly sore, but its fine," Hitoshi stated a bit tiredly.
I flushed slightly and laid my head on his side, looking up to meet his purple orbs. "Shouldn't have told me to do something to stay quiet~" I teased with a smile.
He rolled his eyes and smiled, "Well I didn't think you would scratch the hell out of me," He retorted.
I giggled softly, "Did you really not feel any of it?" I asked, my tail moving towards Hitoshi's hand, which had abandoned the pen long ago and rested on my hip.
Hitoshi moved his hand to run his hand over the fur and shook his head, "No, I'm surprised considering how deep the claw marks are and the slight scabbing of the scratches," He stated.
