I felt soft kisses on my shoulder, and I slowly opened my eyes, narrowing them at the sunlight that invaded the room. I felt Hitoshi's arms wrapped around my middle, and shifted as he pressed a soft kiss on the center of my neck.
I turned onto my back and immediately felt a soft kiss being pressed onto my lips. I whined slightly as he pulled away, not being able to kiss Hitoshi back.
A light chuckle left his lips as he shifted around, moving his arm to where it was underneath my neck and his other hand, which was beneath her shirt, was gently rubbing the skin of my stomach. The movement made me smile and squirm beneath him.
"Good morning," Hitoshi greeted, pressing another kiss to her, except it was her cheek this time.
"Why did you wake me up?" I mumbled out quietly, squeaking as his finger tip brushed against my stomach.
Hitoshi grinned and moved his hand from underneath my shirt. "Because you've been asleep for a while, and because your dad walked in to say dinner is ready," He informed, sitting up.
I smiled and sat up with him, resting my cheek against his shoulder. "You staying here tonight?" I questioned, wrapping my arms around his forum.
Hitoshi pulled my body around so that I was in his lap. I rested my head against his chest as he spoke, "I suppose I could," He murmured, "I'll have to talk to my parents," He informed.
I nodded my head and moved out of his lap, standing beside the bed and stretching.

After dinner, I immediately retreated back into my room, Hitoshi following close behind. His parents had given him the greenlight to stay the night and he had gone by to gather some stuff.
I crawled onto the bed, Hitoshi following after me. The two of us laid in silence, going through whatever social media we had. After a moment of it, I sighed, bored out of my mind and rolled onto my back.
The sigh had gathered Hitoshi's attention and he looked at me and placed his phone down beside his body, "Bored?" He chuckled softly.
I nodded my head, "Very," I replied, moving my body so that I was looking at him.
Hitoshi smiled softly and ran a hand through my hair. I moved closer to Hitoshi's body, enjoying the warmth that came from his body. After a moment he spoke.
"Let me get changed, and then we can continue," Hitoshi peeled his body away from mine, much to my disappointment and grabbed some clothes from his bag before retreating out of the room.
I sighed quietly and took off the jacket I had been wearing since he got here. I heard footsteps coming down the hall, the door soon open to reveal Rei. The mute girl seemed to ignore the fact I was hear and trotted over to her bed, scrambling into it and underneath the covers.
Junko never stepped foot inside here, only to get her school uniform and disappear into the bathroom, then going to sleep into Dad's room. She couldn't stand to look at the single bedded area where her and Natsumi use to bunk.
I sighed quietly and rolled to where my back was face the mute. I pulled the blanket up and over my head with a sigh. A few seconds later I felt the bed dip down, and a pair of slightly muscular arms tugged the blanket down.
Hitoshi was slipping in next to me, grabbing his phone and plugging it up, setting it on the night stand before getting comfortable. I smiled and moved closer to him, wrapping my arms around his body.
Neither on of us said a word as we laid silently together. Hitoshi pressed a gentle kiss to my forehead as he moved onto his back. He had placed an arm over my shoulders to pull me closer into his body, and his other one tucked beneath his head. I had draped a leg over his and rested my head on Hitoshi's chest, my arms wrapping around his torso.
Eventually I felt his fingers combing through my blonde hair, and a content sigh left my lips. My lips tugged upwards in a happy, content smile as I laid with the man who seemed to have stolen my heart.
A year ago today I never would've thought that I'd be dating my best friend, hell, I never thought I'd stand a chance with anyone. Six months ago I never thought that he even liked me and was only pretending to be my friend out of pity. Four months ago I didn't think we'd be together for this long, and yet..here we are. We haven't had many downs in our relationship, and our bickering was childish and short. Everything was perfect despite the chaos going on around us.
