"So I guess we're going to need to reschedule that date?" Hitoshi asked, laying on his bed looking at the paper in his hand.

A guilty look crossed my face as I looked at him from my spot at the end of the bed, "Yeah. I'm sorry, baby," replied, playing with the fur on my tail.

Hitoshi let out a small sigh and sat up, looking at me, "So, who are going to?" He asked, holding the paper towards me.

I crawled forward and bit before sitting down in between his legs and resting my body against him. I grabbed the paper from his hands and examined the paper before giving him a shrug.

"I don't know really," I informed, "I want to go towards Selkie-"

"That involves water, which your quirk is obviously not going to be good for," Hitoshi interupted.

I frowned, "Fine. Okay, how about...Ryukyu?" I asked, glancing up at Hitoshi curiously.

He paused before shrugging, "I guess that'd work. I mean, despite her being a dragon and all, I think you could work under her," He stated, "But what about Hound Dog?"

I nearly choked and I turned to look at him, my eyes round, "Do you have any idea what you just said, Hitoshi?!" I scolded, "A cat and a dog? How well do you think that would work out?"

Hitoshi released a small chuckle and wrapped his arms around me. "True, but your quirks might give you the same abilities,"

"Shush!" I whined, "Besides, he works at the school," I stated, "I think I'll just go for Ryukyu," I shrugged.

Hitoshi nodded his head and pressed his lips to my shoulder with a smile. He let out a quiet sigh and spoke, "Do you want me to walk you home?" He asked, glancing towards the digital clock.

I shook my head, "No, I don't want to have you walk me somewhere only to be sent away," I stated frowning.

Hitoshi frowned slightly but nodded his head. "I'm at least walking you outside," He informed, "Sometime this weekend, since the training doesn't start until after the weekend, you need to come stay over here," He stated.

I smiled at the idea. "That sounds like a good idea," I informed happily.

Hitoshi smiled proudly and watched as I stood to my feet. "Good, Saturday?" He suggested, standing up.

"Saturday is fine. In fact, we can also move our date to that day. We could just hang out here, cuddle, kiss, talk..." I trailed off as I grabbed my back from off the floor.

I turned to looked at Hitoshi, who had a smile on his lips, and smiled, "Well if you're gonna walk me out, come on," I turned and opened his door with a smile on my lips.

I trotted down the stairs and landed at the end with a thump. Hitoshi, followed more calmly and before he could quickly push me out the door, his mom spoke up.

"Leaving already, Kaede?" She asked with a smile on her lips.

"Yeah, Dad wants me back so we can discuss the next huge thing coming up," I informed.

His mom frowned and spoke, "Thats a shame. It'd be great to have you over for dinner this Saturday if thats okay," She suggested.

I looked at Hitoshi who nodded slightly before back towards the female, "That'd be great Mrs Shinso!" I fixed my bag on my shoulder.

"It was great to see you, Kaede," She informed.

"Same to you, Mrs Shinso. I'll see you Satuday," I replied before feeling Hitoshi grab my hips and lead me out the door.

I playfully swatted at his arm with my tail as we walked outside. Once we were outside Hitoshi turned me around to face him. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck as he wrapped his own around my waist. He pulled my body close to his before leaning down and pressing our lips together. I kissed him back with a smile playing at my lips. My hands found their way to his hair and I began to twirl a strand around my fingers.

He pulled away from me, slightly out of breath as he looked at me, "I love you," He mumbled, letting his arms fall to the side.

"I love you too, Hitoshi," I replied, stretching up and giving him one last kiss before pulling away.

I started down the pathway and turned to look at him, "Bye, I'll see you tomorrow!" I called happily.

"Bye," He watched me walk off with a slightly frown on his lips.

I mouthed the words to the song Insomniac by Timeflies as I put up my laundry. ((If you listen to that song, I request you use earphones because S E X)) It was ten at night, and since the girls were already in bed, I had to be quiet.

Plopping down onto the bed, I laid down and turned on my phone. I pressed pause on the phone and the music came to a stop. I unplugged the earphones and tossed them onto the nightstand. I plugged my phone into its charger.

As I got comfortable in the bed, my phone buzzed in my hand. Curiously, I unlocked it to see that Hitoshi had texted me.
