I felt like I was suffocating. My heart slammed against my chest as I looked at my reflection in the mirror. Hitoshi's mom had decided to take it upon herself to help me get ready, along with Momo and Mina.

I was already wearing the dress, and my hair was pushed up every which way, making me cringe slightly at the sight. I sighed quietly and pushed Mina's hands from my hair.

"N-No hair styles," I stammered out, my nervousness showing.

Mina looked at me with a smile and spoke, "Alright," She looked at through the mirror, "You look gorgeous," She murmured, pulling a hair pin from my curled hair, letting the blonde locks fall down and over my shoulders.

"Its about time the two of you got married," Momo, who was about four months pregnant, butted in, "You guys have been engaged for almost a year now," She stated, "And when are you two go-"

A knock on the door made her stop and she walked towards the door, pulling it open and a beaming smile grew on her lips, prompting me to turn around in my seat.

"Glad you could make it Tomiko!" Momo exclaimed, moving out of the way.

Tomiko waddled into the room, a rather annoyed glimmer in her teal eyes as she stopped after a good steps. I looked at her, a grin on my lips as I started giggling at the heavily pregnant female. She shot me a dirty glare and spoke.

"Stop laughing at me, brat," She snapped, waddling over towards me, "This'll be you in about a year," Tomiko grumbled.

My cheeks flushed and I stood up, "Yeah, well, that baby better pop out soon, I need my partner back," I stated, glancing at Mina as she quickly straightened out the back of the dress.

A laugh left Tomiko's lips and she nodded her head, "Trust me, I need to get back on my feet," She replied, "Anyways, enough about me. You look decent," She teased.

I rolled my eyes, knowing that was the closest I was gonna get to a compliment. "Right back at you,"

The door suddenly flung wide open, and my eyes widened in panic as I quickly looked towards the door. Dad stood there, panting heavily as he doubled over. Junko and Rei also stood there, slightly out of breath.

The sight brought a smile to my lips and I looked at them, "Did you guys run here or something?" I asked in a teasing voice.

"No, we just..." Dad sat up, leaning backwards slightly, "Ran up those fucking stairs," He finished.

I laughed quietly as Dad finally regained his composure and walked over towards me. A small squeak left my lips as he suddenly wrapped me in a hug, which I returned.

Pulling away, Dad looked at me with a tear-y eyed smile on his face, "I can't believe it," He mumbled, "My baby girl is getting married,"

I smiled a bit awkwardly and nodded my head, "Y-Yeah, I guess so," I replied, reaching up to rub my neck.

"Hey," I glanced over Dad's shoulder towards the door, spotting Arashiko, "You guys should get to your positions or whatever,"

Once the girls cleared out, I finally felt the great waves of anxiety bubbling up in my stomach. I had, at some point, been given the bouquet, and I was shaking really badly. Dad grinned slightly at me and spoke.

"Hey, calm down Kaede," He soothed, wrapping out arms together, "Its gonna be okay,"

I could only nod my head, my mouth feeling numb as he walked us out of the room. My heart was slamming against my chest as I closed my eyes as tightly as possible, trying to soothe my nerves.

"Remember that lullaby your mother would sing to you after an episode?" Dad's voice met my ears, "The one that went like 'Hush-a-bye, don't you cry, go to sleep my little baby. When you wake you shall have all the pretty little horses. Black and bays, dapples, grays, all the pretty little horses. Hush-a-bye, don't you cry, go to sleep my little baby. Hush-a-bye, don't you cry, go to sleep my little baby. When you wake you shall have all the pretty little horses'," He repeated the lullaby, which soothed my nerves.

I released a puff of air before smiling brightly, "Let's do this!" I exclaimed, still feeling only slightly nervous.

It was our turn to walk down the aisle and I felt my heart skip a beat in my chest when I saw all the people in the seats. I hadn't realized we had invited so many people, and much to my surprise, I even spotted Bakugo with his usual pissed off look.

I then looked up at the alter, seeing Hitoshi standing there. I couldn't help but see the blush on his cheeks from being in front of some many people. He was wearing a typical tuxedo, but what really made me smile was his hair. Instead of it being up and wild, his hair was forced back. One thing that did not stand well with me was the fact that he looked a lot like his father, just less tired and lighter hair, and a beard.

"His father forced it," Dad whispered in my ear as we began to walk at a slow pace.

The words brought a grin to my lips and I looked at Hitoshi, watching his cheeks deepen in colour. For a brief second, Hitoshi looked down at the floor before meeting my gaze once more, this time with teary eyes. I smiled softly and once I approached the alter, he sent me a nervous smile.

"Y-You look gorgeous," He whispered quietly, making my cheeks redden.

"Thanks, you don't look so bad yourself," I replied, making him relax a bit and smile.

Once our vows came around, I realized the Hitoshi was shaking as he slipped the ring onto my finger, but his voice never trembled once.

"Every promise I make to you is one I feel is not a burden, but rather a gift - I don't have to honor and cherish you, I get to, I get to have you be the person I spend the rest of my life with, I get to be there for you and support you. It is my fantastic pleasure to be in the position to be there for you my love," He spoke, meeting my gaze, and I spotted a single tear rolling down his cheek, making the smile on my lips grow slightly larger.

A mischevious grin grew on ny lips, and I watched Hitoshi looked at me in confusion as I slipped the ring onto his finger and spoke, "I take you to be my lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and in health, until death do we part or you turn into a zombie. Because then we'll have to start seeing other people,"

Laughter erupted throughout the chapel and Hitoshi laughed as well. Once we were allowed to kiss, he cupped my cheeks in his hands and pulled my close, a smile still on his face and pressed his lips against mine.

I heard cheers from all around and once we pulled away, Hitoshi playfully ruffled my hair, and Mina let out a sharp yell at the male, yelling about how my hair was messed up.

"You're a dork, Kaede," He murmured quietly.

"But you love me," I shot back, smiling proudly.

"Forever and always," He mumbled, pressing a soft kiss to my lips.

"So I guess that the sun and the moon do live happily ever," Tomiko mumbled, smiling fondly at us.
