"Hey, babe," Hitoshi called to me from the bathroom down the hall, "I have a question," He stated walking back into his room.
It was just the two of us at his house, his parents gone at work. I decided to go over to his house after school, not to stay the night or to study, just to be there.
I looked at the purple haired make, smiling whenever I realized that instead of it standing up like usual it was falling againat his head. I loved whenever his hair was like that.
"What's that?" She asked quietly, looking at the male.
"Remember that conversation we had a few days later," He stated, sitting down at the edge of the bed while he towel dryed his hair, "About us getting married after highschool and all that?" He asked, glancing at me as I sat up and grabbed the towel from his hands.
"Yes," I replied, scrubbing the towel against his head while he folded his legs Indian style, "Having doubts already? We haven't even gotten to the proposal," I joked, laughing quietly.
Hitoshi scoffed and sent me a glare, "No, I'm not. I was just thinking about the kid part," He stated, a blush growing on his cheeks.
I blushed slightly as I looked down at him curiously, taking away the towel and setting it on the bed as he turned to look at me, "Genders I mean," He shrugged, trying to seem casual as he scratched his neck.
"You keep talking about this kids as if I'm pregnant," I laughed, watching his cheeks turn multiple shades of red, "But, what about genders?" I asked.
"Well what do you want?" He questioned.
"I want one of each," I quickly responsed with a smile, "Though I want to have the boy first so he can protect his little sister,"
Hitoshi smiled a bit and nodded his head without replying. "I love you, Kaede," He mumbled after a while.
"I love you too, Hitoshi," I responded, leaning towards the end table and grabbing the hairbrush.
I moved back over and started pushing it through his hair, stopping every now and then to gently comb out the knots in his hair. "You know, we graduate once we're eighteen, three years from now," I grinned as I looked at the smooth purple hairs on his head, "Maybe we could get a place together, either before school ends or afterwards," I stated.
Hitoshi turned with a smile, and before he could speak the door opened. A surprised screech left my lips as I immediately flailed my arms around, the brush flying out of my hands. Hitoshi, who only jumped at the sudden intrusion, was suddenly on his side holding his nose in his hands.
"Oh my, I'm sorry kids," His mothers voice met my ears, "I just needed to ask if Kaede will be staying for dinner," She informed.
Hitoshi shook his head and sat up, rubbing his nose, "No, her dad is stopping by once he gets off work to pick her up," He stated.
"Oh, okay. Well, you two go back to...grooming each other," She teased before disappearing.
"That hurt like hell," Hitoshi stated, lowering his hand to reveal the red area.
My cheeks flushed, "Sorry baby, your mom scared me," I explained, sweat dropping.
"I couldn't tell," Hitoshi sarcastically replied, a small smile forming on his lips.
I scooted over towards him and pressed my lips against the red area. Hitoshi's cheeks reddened and he looked away from me. I smiled and wrapped my arms around him, snuggling into his chest with a sigh.
"HITOSHI! CAN I BORROW YOU FOR A SECOND!"
I frowned hearing his mother's loud yelling split through the air. Hitoshi let out an annoyed groan before moving away from me, "I'll be back,"
When Hitoshi returned about five minutes later, he looked at me before falling onto the bed space beside me and wrapped his arms around my waist. Hitoshi tugged me close to his chest and rested his head on my shoulder while my tail wrapped around his waist.
"Everything okay?" I asked quietly, grabbing one of his hands as I laid down in his arms.
"Yes," Hitoshi murmured, "My mom...she just wants me to do something,"
"And this is...?" I pressed, listening to his heart rate speed up.
"This summer my parents figured it would be a great idea to spend a week camping," He began, "They want to see if you would like to join us. Even offered to let us share a tent and have our own freedom for a while," He informed, pressing a kiss to the back of my head.
I carefully turned in my spot to look at him with a small smile, "Well, I'd like that a lot," I replied smiling.
Hitoshi smiled softly and squeezed my body tighter against his, "Maybe we could do some...things while we are there," He whispered in my ear, a hand moving up underneath my shirt as he rubbed his thumb along the skin.
My cheeks turned a deep shade of red and I quickly looked away from him, hiding my face in his chest, "Sh-shut up, H-Hitoshi!" I whined.
>>I'm sorry that this is so short<<
