Please don't complain about triggering content when I'm literally dedicating a chapter to clarifying just what that little red symbol means.
- Drug abuse (Mostly just weed, but there are mentions of heroin and cocaine.)
- Implied rape (ABSOLUTELY NO extreme detail except the occasional mention of hickeys and handjobs)
- Physical fighting (Fists and iron knuckles)
- Implied self harm (Again, no details, but please be warned that a character does struggle with the addiction of self harm)
- Implied prostitution (Consensual paid sex is implied but never given in detail. There's just some pillow talk and mentions of messy hair)
- Implied child abuse (No detail, as always. A character just sorta mentions it in passing)
- Gun violence (2 people get shot in this story, and there are a lot of missed gunshots)
- Blood (Obviously, if someone gets shot, there's blood.)
- Runaway (Not a common trigger, but hey, it's good to have it in there)
- Mushy gushy gross romance stuff (Hey, it's a teen fiction book. Of course there's a disgustingly PDA couple that's just so in love they can't stop holding hands and giving cheek kisses)
