Diggy P.O.V
~~A few days later~~
I still don’t like this boarding school but I have to suck it up. I still have hope that Elana will believe me even though she makes it seem like she never will. I haven’t talked to Elana since that conversation. I’m still pretty mad at her though but deep in my heart I still like her A LOT. I’ve been hanging out with Porscha lately. She’s a cool friend I guess. I kind of like her but not really. She really has been helping me get over Elana. The boys are pretty cool too. I can get use to this if I try hard enough.
Elana P.O.V
It’s been a few days without Diggy and I’m doing okay. I’ve been hanging out with mostly Iris and Tristen lately. I go lesser and lesser to Diggy’s room. I don’t even look at his door on the way downstairs. I still wonder how he is doing even though he’s a jerk. As I sat in my room I started to think maybe Diggy really didn’t cheat. I grabbed my Ipad and went to Gmail. I typed in his email and password. I sent me to his inbox. I looked at the dates of sent messages and checked the date of the opened messages. I found them and opened each one. The messages were talking about how much he liked his “presents” and some other stuff. It really didn’t sound like Diggy at all plus some of the words were typed a different way like Diggy types regular with some words abbreviated these words were mostly abbreviated. As I logged out I heard some noise from the hall. I slowly got up and cracked my door. It was JoJo and some girl. I think it was the one Diggy was talking about. I listened in on the conversation.
JoJo: Will I get another present?
Girl: No not this time *smiles*
JoJo: *phones starts ringing and answers it then gets off* you have to leave my mom is coming home soon.
Girl: Okay *hurries down stairs and out the door*
I was in complete shock and disgust. I ran to my bed and called Diggy. He didn’t answer his phone. Oh well I have no time for that. I pulled out my duffel bag and threw clothes and hygiene products into it. I zipped up the bag and put it by the door. I pulled my hair into a ponytail and put on my sneakers. I put on a sweater. I had no time to change. I was wearing sweats and a plain white v neck. I heard Justine come in the house so I ran downstairs.
Justine: Hey Elana
Elana: Diggy didn’t do it!!!
Justine: Elana I know you miss him but you can’t lie for him.
Elana: I’m not! Diggy didn’t do it JoJo did! I saw it with my own eyes. Can you take him out of boarding school please?
Justine: No Elana. He needs to suffer the consequences of what he did. Now I need to go take a shower so I’ll see you in a little bit. *goes upstairs*
I started to cry. She didn’t believe me. I had no idea how to get him out of that boarding school. I glanced at the kitchen counter. I was going to go upstairs but something told me to look back at the counter. Her purse lay there unattended. I got an idea. I went to her purse and opened it to see what I needed at the bottom of her bag. I ran upstairs and grabbed my phone, chargers and wallet. Thank goodness I just got my allowance because I need this. I went to the pantry and grabbed some snacks. I waited to see if anyone was coming and I grabbed the keys out of her purse. I rushed to the front door and opened it. I closed the door and searched for the car she was driving; the Mercedes. I opened the trunk and threw my duffel bag back there. I put the snacks in the passenger side and got in on the drivers side. I don’t know how to drive that well and I don’t have a driver’s license or permit. I’ve watched other people drive though and that time Diggy got into the accident I drove to the hospital that was about it though. I started the car and slowly left the driveway out into the neighborhood streets. At first I was scared out of my mind but after awhile I adjusted to it. Before I knew it I was on the freeway to New Hampshire. Don’t worry Diggy I’m coming.
