P.O.V Ivar

I needed to find her. Talk to her. I walked through the halls trying to find her. After a while I saw her sit with Johann by the ocean, with her feet in the water. "Lillith!" I yelled to get her attention. She turned around to face me. "Hi Ivar."

"could we talk?"

She had given Johann to Hvitserk to take care of, so we could talk in peace. we had gone back to our shared cabin. "Whats wrong?" She asked concerned. I took a deep breath. I didn't want to scream at her. "I know what you want." I said. She was confused, I could sense it in her stare. "What do you mean Ivar?" She asked, wanting an explanation. "I know why you want to train. and fight. I know what your plan is. and I do certainly not accept it!" I could feel my anger grow by every second she didn't say anything. "Say something LILITH!"

She took deep breaths. I knew she was frustrated. Sad maybe. "I'm sorry for not telling you anything. But I have to do this. Its my destiny." She stepped closer to me, reaching out for my hand. "NO. You destiny is being here and taking care of your son! Not go back to a kingdom which never gave you anything but pain... now you come. After so long with happiness, you want to go back and fight for something that has been gone for longer than Odin has existed." I hissed back at her. "Ivar, I don't think I'm happy. Something is missing. The power... and I will go back. Get back a kingdom who needs a strong queen, as they once had."

"YOU WILL LEAVE YOUR SON FOR AN ILLUSION..." I yelled. she cut me of. She was getting just as angry as me. "I will come back. I take the kingdom, make a road to get to Kattegat faster and we can be together. I know you think it is good to have kingdoms as allies."

"If you go. You will never see your son again!" I said calmly, making me fear myself. "NO. Don't you dare give me an ultimatum. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF MEN giving me ultimatums thinking they rule me. YOU DON'T IVAR. you are just some man I fucked and got pregnant from."

That's when my heart broke. broke into thousand pieces. I knew she loved me, but something inside of me had always been scared of those words. "Fine... Leave. You just lost the only true thing you ever had." I left her standing alone, in the cold room.
