Keith's POV-

All I felt was a shove.

I fell to the ground and looked up just in time to see Lance take my place in front of the bullet. He grunted and fell down. I took out the soldier that took him down, and ran towards him. All that was left was Sendak fighting Lotor.

Get the boy out of here. You're going to get distracted by him.

I'm going, I thought. So I grabbed Lance and propped him against a tree, away from our only threat but not far from me, just in case he needed me. I had to help finish this fight, and get Lance to safety. Screw running like Lotor said, I had to help Lance. So I ran at Sendak.

He seemed surprised at the new opponent, but happily continued fighting us. Lotor on the other hand did not look pleased by my inclusion in the fight, but didn't tell me to stop. So I fought, throwing fireball after fireball. I was probably 5 in when I realized my aim was faulty and the fire kept diminishing the closer to the target I got. I was getting sloppy because I was getting tired. And Sendak also came to realize this.

"Getting tired boy?" He asked with a cackle. He then kicked me on the ground, about 5 feet from Lance. "What you should realize is, I'm a trainer soldier, ready to give my life for my cause. You're a child with no training, but with immense power to destroy. Join the Galra and I'll spare the life of your friend here," he said, pointing at Lance. I tried getting up, but he put his foot on my chest, and pointed his sword at my neck.

   Don't move. I know what I'm doing.

"I'll never join the likes of you!" I told him. He looked at me, angrily, and raised his sword, ready to kill me. As I closed my eyes, ready to feel the blow of the sword, I heard a slap and a yell.

I opened my eyes, and looked behind me and saw Lance had woken up and lashed Sendak with his water whip and passed out again. That's when all hell broke loose.

Sendak got up, angry, and brought out the big guns (literally). He grabbed a gun from his belt, and shot at Lance at me. Two bullets, two targets, and there was no way a trained soldier would miss us. As I braved for impact yet again, the bullets stopped mid air. They shattered, as if hitting an invisible wall. Sendak and I both looked around, looking for my savior, when I saw them.

Hunk, Allura's friend, had his hands out, as if touching a wall, and I realized he was the one that stopped the bullets. He made an air wall, and seemed happy about it. Sendak was about to run up to him, angry for his murder plot being foiled, when roots started growing around his feet.

Looking for the earth Paladin, I finally spotted a small girl with round glasses, who was kneeled down with both hands on the ground and sweat forming on their forehead. Sendak tried trashing, but her hold was too strong for him.

Finally, the guy that gave him his finishing blow with a wooden plank was my brother, Shiro. The plank broke, but so did that guys head, probably. Sendak crumbled to the ground, passed out. Shiro came running towards me, but I waved him off.

"Help Lance and Lotor," I told him. Throughout all this, I didn't realize the reason for Lotor's sudden disappearance in the fight until now. He has received a pretty nasty gash on his shoulder and had been knocked out. Shiro nodded and ran toward Lotor, while the small girl, Pidge, I came to learn, helped me up.

I ran toward Lance, helping him up. This woke him up for some reason. He looked to see who was grabbing him, and we ended up making eye contact. He gave me a soft smile that I couldn't help but return.

"We did it. We are a good team," He said before passing out for the last time.

Stop being gay and help your boyfriend heal. Get to Allura's house, and he'll be okay.

"Hey, are you going to get him any help or are you gonna try to sleeping beauty it?" Pidge asked. I looked at Lance one final time, and got up.

"We need to get Lance to Allura's house ASAP. I think she'll know what to do," I said. At least, that's what you're telling me, I thought to the voice in my head that I had yet to find out what it was.

A friend.

Helloooo. This is a quick chapter and the next one will be longer, I promise. I needed some klance after season 6. Also, I'm still emotionally unstable after that. Anyways, comment!!! (And like or whatever)
