WORDS OF THE LIVING
(HOT AIR BALOON)
Stuck in the sky
Rose up in late July
High above the houses below
Moving, so, slow
Observing the world around it
While the people watch the wonder, it emits
It and the clouds, hover together
Hand in hand
Walking through dreamland
The balloon
Brings up a carriage
A courageous companion
To experience
Sirius, in darkness night
The brightest star in the sky
When in the heavens, it is nigh
As it floats carefully in the air
As if by hand
It traverses dreamland
