Thank you for all of your answers on the last 'chapter'. They really helped me. <3 Hope you enjoy!

Sophie's POV

"Are we there yet?" Keefe whined. I rolled my eyes, only replying with a, "No Keefe." After some walking around, I finally found what I was looking for.

"Foster! Are you trying to kill my legs or what?" Keefe groaned, resting his chin on my shoulder. "After all of your whining and stupid questions, yes. We are actually here this time." Keefe instantly lit up, grinning widely.

I almost burst out in a fit of giggles. He looked so much like an expectant puppy. Although, he probably was. "Well, where is it?" Getting my jumbled emotions under control, I led him into the building in front of us.

"Cheesecake Factory." Keefe read. "Foster, why would you take me to a factory to eat?" Internally face palming myself, I sighed. "Keefe, that is just the name of the restaurant. They are famous for their cheesecakes."

"I don't get it., also, what's a cheesecake?"

"Just sit down and figure out what you want." I scolded him.

So he did as told and took a booth next to a glass wall with a view of all the people walking around outside. I already knew what I wanted, so I didn't really bother looking at the menu. I watched as keefe's icy blue eyes scanned over the menu.

Eventually a waitress came by putting down a basket of bread, and asked us what we wanted. "Shrimp alfredo." I looked over at Keefe to see what he would order. "and you Sir?"

"Umm, I think I'll have just a salad please."

"Okay, I'll get your orders in right away. Enjoy your meal." Before she left, I caught the small wink sent over to Keefe. Keefe saw it too, only winking right back. The flustered waitress retreated into the kitchen, leaving me to clench my teeth and fists. Why did I care? Not like he is my boyfriends or anything...

"Someone a little Jelly Foster?" Keefe slightly raised his eyebrow.

"Ha! You wish. I don't care about your love life."

Keefe smirked. "Ah, but I don't have to wish because I know. Empath remember?" Swearing under my breathe, I looked anywhere but at his intense icy blue stare.

"Oh look, the foods here!" I revealingly said. This time, a different person brought the food, politely thanking us for being here before walking away.

I immediately dug into my food, slightly moaning as the warm, fresh sustenance entered my mouth. "Someone's a little impatient." Keefe smirked. "What?! I can't help it if I'm really hungry! I'm a growing woman...err, elf."

Keefe chuckled lightly, and we both started on our dishes, occasionally making up small talk.

After eating, we walked out and I let out a content sigh. "Guess it wasn't a factory." Keefe smirked. I was about to make a snide remark, but Keefe once again went into his hyperactive state.

"Ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh!!! What's that?"

"That's Walmart Keefe."

"Can we go?" Not waiting for a reply, he practically sprinted into the store. Not having any other choice, I followed him in.

----a hour later----

When we finally left the store, Keefe had bought a pack of flaming hot Cheetos, a binder (???), and a camera. He almost walked out with all of it without paying, so I had to use my telepathy to drag him back.

"What are you even going to do with all of that?" I asked the blonde boy next to me as he snapped a picture of tourists and pedestrians. "I have no idea, but this is human stuff, and I can brag about this to Fitz when I get back...What's that????????!!!!!!!"

Shoving all of his items into my hands, he ran over to another store. Groaning and readjusting all the objects in my hands, I rushed to follow him so that he didn't do anything stupid. The store that he ended up going to turned out to be Jamba Juice.

"Can we get one Foster pleaseeeeeeeeeee?"

"No Keefe. We bought enough things for the day, and my hands are already pretty full."

Walking out of the building, pulling a disappointed Keefe with me, I walked by a jewelry store with many beautiful pieces of accessories. I saw one distinctively beautiful necklace, and I instinctively went up to my neck to touch the one Keefe had got for me.

What I wasn't expecting was to touch bare skin. Quickly shoving Keefe's items back over to him, I checked all my pockets and neck twice.

"What's wrong Foster?"

"THE NECKLACE. IT'S GONE!"
