Keepers

(Keefe's POV) 

"sophie! SOPHIE!" I yelled as the ogres picked her up, and jumped back into the hole, covering it up behind them. I fell to my knees. I heard footsteps behind me. "Keefe! What happened? Where is Sophie?!" Biana gushed. I tried to tell them, but all that came out were chocked sobs. Fitz seemed to understand, and sat down next to me, entering my mind. When he came out, tears had breached his eyes. "Sophie was taken by the ogres." he explained. Everyone was completely silent. "What are we going to do?" Linh asked. "We could tell the councill..." Dex offered, but Bangs Boy shook his head. "The councill never fixed anything. They just made it worse. Even during the Neverseen war." We sat there hopelessly. I didn't realize that I was shaking, until Fitz put a hand on my shoulder. 

I finally collected myself, and stood up. "Guys, Sophie needs us. We can't rely on anyone right now. We won the war didn't we? Let's be the Keepers again. To save Sophie, we can't just lay here like little kids." I scolded. 

"Okay, so what's the plan?" Fitz asked. "It's still...a work in progress?" I admitted. Everyone face palmed. "First things first, what are we going to tell Sandor?" Biana offered. "I guess we have to take him with us." Fitz sighed. "This is going to be nearly impossible without Sophie. You guys realize this right?" Tammy boy bringing up the obvious."Come on! Optimism Bangs Boy!" I tried to lighten the mood.

(Sophie's POV) 

I blinked awake. How long was I out? After my eyes adjusted to the light, I looked around. I was in a wooden room, but it seemed really nice. I was on an extremely comfortable bed. The room had a closet with normal clothes inside, a window that lit up most of the room. A huge white carpet lined the room, covering most of the hard wooden floor. I got out of the bed, and looked around. 

I was poking around the closet, seeing id anything was hidden inside, when a door she hadn't noticed before, opened, reveling an ogre dressed in full armor. I inflicted on him, but he just laughed. "Your powers won't work on me." He held up a small, rectangular device. Apparently it was blocking my inflicting. I sighed. "What do you want?" I hissed. "I would hold my tongue  there. If it were up to me, you would be dead." "Wait, why not then?" "That's for you to find out..."
