"Ah, Wei Wuxian, what brought you here?" Lan Xichen smiled refreshingly at Wei Wuxian, earning a look of bliss from the latter.

"Ah, I'm just curious! Nie Huaisang said that he heard from his older brother that he heard from you that Lan Zhan is innocent," Wei Wuxian explained, "is it true?"

Lan Xichen, who was drinking tea, spat out his tea 'ungracefully'. Truly unbecoming of Young Master Lan, but everyone would do the same if put into his situation.
