The bells to the small, damp, underground bar rang as a slouched figure in black entered. He took off his thick trench coat and gave it over to the servant waiting to pick it up. Despite the bar's exterior looking like that, the...other services...they give were way different.

The actual underground bar was dimly lit, with several gambling tables and fair looking servers. As a regular, the man simply picked a seat in front of a young bartender and slammed a token onto the table.

"All you can drink wine token?" The young bartender chuckled, "Young Master Wen, it seemed that you have gone into such lengths to be able to get this priceless token."

The man growled, "I am no longer Young Master Wen. Now that my father is out of the way, I am Master Wen."

"Yes, yes," the young bartender laughed, "no need to get stuffy."

Master Wen snorted before sitting back down. Other than being a renowned bar with extremely good and limited wine, sometimes smuggled ones, the bar was also a huge information dealer. However, to get the information one desired, one must get a token from anyone or anywhere and could only get as much information as the owner felt like giving.

And the owner is the young bartender.

One must know that Master Wen was a regular, with or without the token. A single token can fetch an astronomical price at black market auctions or legal auctions alike. Even if someone was willing to sell it, they would sell it for ten times or a hundred times the actual value.

In the end, for the regular Master Wen to get the token, he had to have bled so much money for it. The young bartender smiled before pulling a specific bottle on the wall. The wall separated and he nodded at Master Wen to come with him.  Do not underestimate the wall. Even a regular would not be able to open the wall since the trigger changed everyday and it had no sequence. The young bartender was the one who controlled it after all.

The other customers of the bar could only sigh as they looked at the closing wall. No one dared to come in, as those without the token never came back out alive.

Behind the wall was a lavish bedroom, separated by another door. He saw the young bartender inviting him to sit on the plush sofa. Under the table he took out several limited edition wines that were auctioned for sky high prices. This young bartender couldn't be such a rich person, could he?

"They are gifted," the young bartender said, "those people are desperate to get information to handle crime without staining their hands. Of course, even though I received these, I didn't give them answers as satisfactory as those with the tokens."

The young bartender poured a cup, "since Master Wen managed to get a token, I will tell you something for our activities for the night."

"Call me Wu."

Master Wen frowned, "why are you telling me your pseudonym? I don't need it."

"Don't be in a haste, Master Wen," Wu smiled, "after all, I know everything and anything. Even the benefits of the token that many people don't know. You wouldn't want your visit to be leaked out, would you, Wen Chao?"
