Alex and Elena

'Alex'

Once Rebecca had climbed off of me, i phased back. We began setting up sleeping bags. It was clear that Kathrine and Elena where intending on staying with us. The sun had set now and the only light came from the moon. Jade was trying to build a fire in the middle of our camping equipment, well Azura was preparing the fish we had caught to be cooked. I wandered of into the woods with my holo map.

The device that Dr. Finneck had given me before we left. I presses the on button and the holo projected out our route. We were right on track for the antidote. I felt Vee's chin rest on my shoulder. She had something on her mind i could tell. I asked, hoping she would just say whats on her mind.

"How is your foot?" It turns out that when we jumped the cliff, vee had twisted her ankle.

She said "its fine. It just hurts."

I asked "Whats up Vee?" I faced her.

She said "'how do you know Elena? I want an honest answer."

I sighed "she used to live in the woods surrounding the academy. I met her one night and..." i trailed off as Elena came out of the tree's.

She finished the sentence for me

"and i fell in love with him. I should have realised he could never love me like he love's you vee."

She looked at Vee, smiling sadly. Elena continued

"Werewolves and vampires can't be together. Its impossible. We were together for weeks, then my presence was discovered. You see at the time, vampires weren't excepted at the school. When they found out i was there, they drove me out. I regrouped with my sister and spectrum."

'Elena'

Vee stared at me, puzzled. She didn't know what a spectrum was. Alex just stood there off in thought so i started talking again.

"A spectrum is a group or family of vampires. Me and Kathrine were part of the emerald spectrum. When i found Kathrine some thing had happened. All of them where missing. Kathrine told me that they where dead. When i asked how she told me she had killed a human." Kathrine had joined us now.

I looked at Kathrine, she should tell what happened. She nodded, understanding. She began.

"in the emerald spectrum we were not human killers, but animal killers. That is how we lived in peace with the humans. I was just a new born at the time, so i was still learning. I didn't know we didn't kill humans. When i did it caused a riot. The villagers came and killed all of our spectrum except for me and Elena."

It was my turn to talk

"Alex and i both moved on. Unfortunately my boyfriend is from another spectrum so he is constantly away. As for Kathrine her boyfriend has been missing for years."

That was the end of the story. Jade and azura called from the clearing.

"Dinner!"

So we all headed back. Elena and i left to hunt well the others ate.
