Sorry I haven't been getting new chapters up. I have crazy amount of homework. I just did my science exam today and it was very hard. I still have two more exams so it'll be a little longer until I get a new one up.

I woke up to the sounds of laughter outside of the tent. Dimitri was no longer holding onto me and rubbing my back. Viktoria and Lissa were also gone. I pulled my shoes on and ran outside of the tent to see everyone with paintball guns. What?! I saw Dimitri talking to Alberta, so I raced over to him to see what was up.

"Comrade," I yelled. Both Dimitri and Alberta turned they're heads and stared at me. Once I reached them, I crossed my arms. "Why are people holding paintball guns? And why didn't anyone wake me up?" I demanded.

"Rose, you need the rest. Your mental health is at risk. Alberta and I have been talking about bringing you back to the academy. You're not sleeping well, not eating well and you refuse our help," Dimitri said touching my shoulder. I shoved his hand off angrily. "I'm going to help you."

"Screw off, Dimitri! Can't you see that I don't want your help? Why can't you just mind your own goddamn business for once, huh? You can't seem to keep your nose out of other people fuc--" I was suddenly cut off.

"Rose! You do not speak to Guardian Belikov that way. Apologize," Alberta demanded, "now!" she yelled again when I didn't speak. I crossed my arms and glared. Dimitri had concern all over his face expression. "Guardian Belikov will be taking you back to the academy in an hour. Better get pack up, Miss Hathaway," Alberta said starting to walk away.

"Please. I can't go back there, not yet," I begged. I really needed time away from the academy. Everything reminded me of Mason. Walking in the hallways I remembered all the times when we'd be late to class together. All our laughs and even fights. I couldn't breathe when I walked through that school. This camping trip was something I desperately needed. Not want, need.

"Rose, I'm doing this for you." And then Alberta walked away leaving Dimitri with me alone. I turned to look and him and gave him the meanest look. It didn't turn out to be that mean because he didn't seem hurt or annoyed at all.

"If I have to go back to the academy, there is no way I'm driving in a car with you, alone," I said.

"Why are you angry at me? I've done nothing wrong. I've been spending my holiday to watch over you. I'm driving all the way back to the academy to help you. You are the one being selfish and not accepting help that you need," Dimitri said with such a hard voice.

"Like I've said so many times, I. Don't. Want. Your. Help," I barked. I walked away and went to Dimitri's tent to grab my things.

When I looked in the tent, all of my stuff had been moved somewhere else. I headed to my old tent and it was all dry and cleaned up. My bag was in the corner of the tent. I grabbed it and threw the rest of my things in it. Forty-five minutes later, Dimitri was calling my name.

"Rose, let's get going. I don't want it to be too dark while we're driving, it's dangerous," Dimitri said. I hopped out of the tent and ignored him. "Rose, talk to me," he said snatching my arm. I tried pulling away, but he wouldn't budge.

I looked up with him with tears in my eyes and he sighed. "Please, I don't want to go back to the academy. I-I'm not ready again to face everything," I felt a tear fall out of my eye. Dimitri shook his head and captured my tear on his finger.

"We need to get you some help. I would do anything for you including things you don't think are good for you. I lo--, I care about you," Dimitri said. I knew he wanted to say, 'I love you.' It bothered me that he hadn't.

I didn't expect to do this but, I wrapped my arms around his waist. He went tense and didn't wrap his arms around me at first. Then, he took a deep breath and wrapped his arms around me. His head went to my neck, and he actually smelt me! I heard him groan a little and then he pulled away.

Dimitri took my and his things and threw them into the back of the car. Then, I climbed in the passenger seat and put my legs up on the dashboard. I ignored Dimitri as he set up the GPS. He also knew I was avoiding his eye contact. I turned on the radio to music I liked, and Dimitri even let me instead of changing it to his crappy music.

"So, when we get back to the academy, are you sending me to a shrink or something?" I broke the silence. Dimitri looked over at me, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"Rose, we're not sending you to a shrink," he said. I knew he was trying not to smile.

"Are you sending me to therapy or something?" I rolled my eyes. Dimitri sighed.

"We'll talk about everything when we get back to the academy," Dimitri said.

"Why? We literally have six more hours to talk! Come on, Comrade, just tell me what your planning so I'm mentally prepared. You don't actually want me to have a mental break down, do you?" I said with a big grin on my face.

Silence. That's all I got from him. He just stared at the road. Sometimes, he really pissed me off. I glared at him and then continued to look out the window. "I'm bored and I have to go pee really badly," I said after three hours of silence. Dimitri glanced at me and sighed. "And I'm hungry!" I complained even more.

"Fine, we'll stop but only for ten minutes, Rose. I'm not kidding, only ten minutes," Dimitri said in his guardian tone.

"Why? You afraid I'll run away?" I smirked. I saw him fighting a smile.

"No. If you tried to run away I'd know and catch you. I caught you once and I can do it again."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. It's not a big accomplishment that you found Lissa and I. We were the one with the big accomplishment because we ran away from the academy and no one could find us for an entire year," I said showing off a little.

"Yeah, and when you came back to the academy, you were way behind the other students. And many people were disappointed by the way you ran away with the princess. So really, it was not a big accomplishment," he said mocking me a little.

"Potato, patata," I shrugged.

Dimitri stopped and let me get something to eat and go to the washroom. I hated long car rides and we still had three hours to go. Ugh.

Once we were back into the car, Dimitri started talking to me. "So, you want to talk about what's going on with you seeing Mason?" He brought up out of nowhere.

"No," I said grumpily.

"Rose--," I interrupted him.

"I said I don't want to talk, comrade," I barked at him. He put a hand on my knee and kept it there even when I glared at him.

When we arrived, Dimitri took me to my room and he went to his because it was late. He told me that tomorrow he was spending time with his family and I had to be at the gym. I'll go to the gym, but I'm not running laps or anything like that. The other students are having a vacation so I should too. Even Dimitri is hanging out with his family for his small vacation. That night, I had trouble falling asleep but I eventually fell asleep with seven hours.
