"Well, well, if it isn't the girl who stuck up her two middle fingers at me..."

I turned around to see the handcuffed guy standing there but he no longer was wearing them. "Yep," I said popping the 'p'. "The one and only Rose Hathaway," I said in a stupid serious tone. The guy smirked at me.

"Hmm, I think I've fucked a Rose before. I wouldn't mind fucking another one," he hinted. My jaw dropped at his comment. What the hell was wrong with this guy? How dare he say something like that to me.

"Have fun finding one," I said and walked into the washroom. There was only one toilet for the women. I quickly did my business and then washed my face off with some water because I looked tired, and I also had sleep on my face. I then headed back to my seat to where Eddie was eating a burger and fries. Dimitri was also eating a burger.

I took the menu and skimmed through the list of food. I decided on some tacos, I'm surprised they even had them. It doesn't seem like plane food. I told the person who was in charge of taking people orders what I wanted.

Five hours later

The plane landed and I collected my things from my seat as well as did Eddie and Dimitri. Dimitri didn't seem to be in a very good mood which doesn't surprise me. Sometimes I think he has something stuck up his ass. However, he was a very respected guardian so his attitude seems to be superb to other people.

"Rose, hurry up. You're being slow," Dimitri said with his guardian mask on. Did he ever take it off and just be a normal human? I rolled my eyes and raced over to Eddie and Dimitri. Eddie was on his phone texting someone, probably Vicktoria, and I can't even have a phone! This is so unfair. What happens if there's an emergency and I need to contact Dimitri?

"Comrade," I said trying to get his attention as we stood on the sidewalk. Apparently someone from St. Basils academy is coming to pick us up  and drop us off at our hotels for the day. At least we got one more day of rest until we had to go to hell. "Are me and Eddie the only novices on this trip? I'm pretty sure the guy in the handcuffs was a novice," I observed.

Dimitri looked over at me and nodded. "Yes, there will be two other novices. The guy in the handcuff is a very trouble novice. His name is Liam O'Ryan and I want the two of you to stay away from him, he's not a good guy. The other novice he's travelling with is a girl named Julia Rains. Very talented novice she is."

I wonder why Kirova and Dimitri hadn't told us before we left that there were going to be other novices on the trip? Maybe they were a late invite too.

"Cool. Are they staying at the same hotel?" I asked.

"No. They're staying at the academy because Liam needs a lot of security for his dangerous ways. Julia was sent with him because she's the only one that can seem to calm him down, apparently she's very important to him."

Suddenly there was a honking sound coming from a vehicle and all three of us turned our heads to see who it was. There was a black mini van with a smiling man waving at us. Who the hell was this guy? He had grey hair from old age and wrinkles. Great, I hope we don't have to hang out with an old man the whole time. They just make everything boring.

"You must be Guardian Belikov," the man said when he climbed out of the van.

"Yes. And you are Guardian Cameron. It's a pleasure to meet you. I've heard many great things about you from other guardians," Dimitri said shaking his hand. Wow. Dimitri seems actually happy to meet this guy. I don't even recognize his name, he couldn't be that important, could he?

"Ah, yes. I've also heard many many amazing things about you. You were top student at St. Basil when you graduated and they're glad you're going to be there again for a little while." The man smiled widely. Eddie and I stared at Guardian Cameron. "We should probably get you guys to the hotel. You'll need your rest. You have all day today to rest up and you have to be at St. Basil tomorrow at eleven. Since it's the first day you'll start later, on other days you'll start at nine."

We all followed the guardian to the van and put our stuff in the back. Eddie and I sat in the back middle and Dimitri sat in the front with Guardian Cameron. I hope this car ride isn't too long, I'm exhausted and need sleep very soon.

About forty-five minutes later, we finally arrived at the hotel. The outside looked quite nice, clean and made from brick. Guardian Cameron said he was going to let us rest and he will pick us up to bring us to the academy tomorrow. This is going to be so much fun, I thought to myself sarcastically.

We headed over to the front desk where Dimitri did all the talking. He handed us all our room keys, they were all right beside each other. Dimitri's was the first one, mine was the second and Eddie was the last. We were on the seventh floor.

Before Eddie and I could enter our rooms with our stuff, Dimitri stopped us so he could set ground rules. It's so stupid.

"No leaving your room unless it's to come and talk to me or if you two want to hang out. Don't be disrespectful in anyway, tomorrow and for the rest of the trip. Right now we represent St. Vladimir's. Also don't spend too much money on room service. Here's your credit cards that you can only use for meals, I'm trusting you, Hathaway and Castile," he said raising one eye brow up at us. "You may do as you please for the afternoon and evening and say will I. Don't disturb me too much because I also need some sleep." Dimitri said.

"See ya latter, comrade," I smiled and headed into my room.

My room had a queen sized bed with a small bathroom. It had a Tv, a desk, a phone and a balcony. It wasn't the greatest hotel room but it'll do. It was way better than the dorm rooms we're stuck with at St. Vladimir's. 

For the first hour or so, I had a shower and then French braided it so I would have a little bit of a wave for tomorrow. It may not seem like the kind of thing I would do, but I enjoy mixing my style up sometimes. I'm not a girly-girl though. If anything Lissa and Vicktoria are. Their clothing is so different from mine, but I'm not judging. I think their clothing is great.

There was a knock on my door at about two in the afternoon. I jumped off the bed and turned off the TV to go see who it was. When I opened it, there Dimitri was standing in front of me. His smell hit me straight away. He just had a shower because his hair was wet and he smelt so nice. And he obviously shaved as well because you couldn't see the small amount of stubble on his face anymore.

"Hathaway, we should probably talk." He said and went into my room without even asking if he could come in.

This should be so much fun.
