My morning starts same as always; chugging my moms extra coffee even though I'm going to Starbucks to get a venti in less than an hour. But my mom never finishes her second cup, and the small amount of caffeine in my veins helps me prepare to get the large amount. With the sudden rush of energy that I know will only last me until I get to Starbucks, I rush getting ready before 7.

"Someone's looking like a snacc today!" Maddie yells when I walk out my from door and tart strutting towards her car. The day Maddie turned 16 she has been picking me and Lils up for school, the Starbucks tradition came shortly after. "Do a spin." Mads says when I am right outside of the passenger side door. Laughing, I twirl, showing off my floral mini skirt and cropped white tank top. I'm also wearing heeled booties, which makes the twirl a little challenging, but after showing off my outfit I open the car door and slide in.

"Thank you, thank you." I giggle as Maddie applauds. "You don't look too bad yourself." I add while buckling the seatbelt. She's wearing a navy long sleeve body con dress, her staple piece. Her staple used to be her 6 inch heels, but when she got a boyfriend she ditched those, loving a good height difference between her and Jack.

"What's up girlies?" Lilia shouts, skipping out to the car when we pull up to her house. The girls and I all live within 10 minutes away, which makes the picking up thing no problem. I suppose once Lils and I get a car we will alternate driving, but I think Maddie likes being in charge. We've done this enough we've got it down to the minute; Maddie leaves her house at 6:53, gets me at 7, then we get Lilia at 7:07, make it to the Starbucks drive through by 7:15 and get back on the road by 7:22 depending on if there is a line, and then we are at school at 7:30 with 10 minutes till the first bell. It's a perfect science.

"Does the push up bra mean we have a date tonight?" I ask, noticing Lilia's flare dress shows a little more cleavage than we normally get from her.

"Yes it does, third guy this month so this one better be good." She settles into the middle seat in the back, her normal placement.

"Third times a charm." Maddie says backing out of Lilia's driveway and hitting the road. Ever since Maddie and I both got boyfriends, Lilia has been on a man hunt. Normally she goes on a date a week, always on a week day so no sleepover can occur. It's been going on for three months now, and only one guy was revisited for a second date. She says it's because the majority of the guys just want to hook up, which I totally get, but I've always thought she hasn't just stuck with a guy yet because being the single one has become her thing. She's made a brand of going on a weekday date once a week with new guy, and getting a boyfriend would lose that.

Once we hit Starbucks the drive always gets more lively, because all three of us are brain dead without it. We all get an iced coffee, only mine with milk, then we start heading to school. We park up close, being that all of us have some for of challenging-to-walk-in shoe on. Jack is waiting by the front door of the school, as always, being he knows our arrival time. Maddie goes off with Jack in the mornings, so it's just me and Lilia before the bell. We go to our lockers, and find Finn and Noah at their own, per usual.

"Hey, babe." I walk up to Finn and wrap my arm around him. He smiles and kisses my forehead, being it's easier than my cheek due to the intense height difference.  I used to hate it, but after getting used to it I think it's cute.

"Hey. The band is practicing after school, wanna come watch?" He asks me, since Lilia and Noah already deep into a conversation about their physics class.

"I would but auditions for the musical are today, remember?" I smile up at him, locking our hands together.

"Oh yeah, break a leg baby." He pulls me in tighter squeezing my side making me giggle. Finn and I have been together for about four months, which I'd say is incredibly long for a high school relationship. I think we are doing pretty good, and I'm sure he does too. Finn and I have like the perfect high school sweethearts love story, aside from Maddie and Jack of course. I mean I am the star actress of the school, Finn is the lead singer of his awesome band, we're both popular, it's just perfect.

The bell rings, causing me and Finn to ease apart. "See you at lunch?" I start to pull away, our hands still intertwined.

"Sorry, no. I'm going to Statistics review for extra credit." He frowns.

"Oh, no problem. I'll call you after auditions." I rush back and kiss him before unlacing our hands to get to class. God, I really think Finn and I are going to be together forever.
