"Rebecca?" I asked into the darkness. She stood in front of me, a huge wooden door in front of her.
"I'm sorry... but I have to go." She said, opening the door.
A bright white light spread from the open door, engulfing us...

I shot up and looked around, quickly realizing we were still at the beach house. It was still dark out and I could feel Rebecca sit up next to me.
"Everything ok..?" She asked, wiping the sleep from her eyes.
I nodded slowly. "Yeah... uh... just a bad dream."
She pulled me back down and cuddled up next to me.
"It's ok, I'm here." She said sleepily before kissing my cheek and resting her head on my chest.
I wrapped my arms around her and tried to get some sleep.
After a few hours of laying awake in bed, the sun started to rise in the sky and light began spilling into our room. I untangled myself from Rebecca and made my way downstairs.
"Can't sleep?" Came Blake's voice.
I nearly jumped out of my skin. "Jesus... what're you doing up?"
"Couldn't sleep either." She said, pulling out the chair next to her and invitingly patting it.
I sat next to her and she handed me a beer.
"It's a little early don't you think?" I asked with a chuckle.
"You look like you could use one." She replied.
I shrugged and popped the cap off, taking a big swig.
"Wanna talk about it?" She asked.
"Well... sure, why not?"
I thought for a second, deciding where to start.
"A little while after my dad ran out on us, I started to have these dreams of him opening this big door in complete darkness and the room would fill with an intense white light that blinded me. Then, I'd wake up."
"But, I thought you guys were close again?" She asked, taking a sip of her beer.
I sighed. "We are and I haven't had one of those dreams since then... But, last night I had the same one... except, instead of my dad it was... Rebecca."
She let out a low whistle. "What do you think it means?"
I shrugged. "No clue, but I haven't been back to bed since."
She nodded slowly, seeming to understand.
"It's probably nothing." I said, waving my hand.
"What's probably nothing?" I heard Rebecca ask from the stairs.
I gave Blake a quick glance, telling her to stay quiet. She nodded and I looked back at Rebecca.
"Remember I had a bad dream last night?"
She nodded.
"Well, it was about... uh... a clown, trying to kill me." I lied terribly. But, she seemed to buy it.
"So, you're scared of clowns now?" She asked with a chuckle.
I wasn't necessarily scared of clowns, although they were pretty creepy.
