After a couple more days in the hospital, I was feeling a lot better. I could move without to much pain and my head stopped hurting yesterday.

So, I decided it was time to leave.

I poked my head up and saw Rebecca sitting in the chair next to my bed, fast asleep.

I smiled to myself as I hopped off my bed and knelt beside her.

"Good morning." I whispered in her ear.

She slowly opened her eyes and smiled at me.

"Good morning to you to." She whispered before planting a kiss on my lips.

She excused herself while I got changed.

Afterwards, I met my friends and family in the hallway. They all greeted me with hugs and cheers.

Wendy pulled me to the side as everyone else prepared to leave.

"What's up?" I asked.

She smiled. "Close your eyes."

"Really?"

"Just do it."

I rolled my eyes before closing them.

"Now hold out your hand." She said and I did.

That's when I felt the cold metal hit the palm of my hand. I opened my eyes and saw a familiar pair of car keys resting in my hand.

"Wendy I-"

"Stop it, you need a car, I have extras laying around, just take it and shut the fuck up." She finished with a smile.

I closed my hand around the keys and nodded before pulling her into a tight hug.

"Ok... you can... let go... now." She said between breaths.

I laughed as I released her.

We made our way out the front doors.

I stopped when I saw Rebecca leaning against my "new" Corvette. She started to push away from the car, but I stopped her.

"Stay there." I said as I pulled my phone out of my pocket.

She giggled as I snapped a picture.

"Now that's one sexy wallpaper." I said as I made my way to the drivers side.

We got in and I turned to her. "Want me to drive you home?"

She froze for a second. "Actually, I've decided to move out. I got an apartment."

I looked at her and smiled. "That's great, lead the way."

She smiled and gave me the address. I set the GPS on my phone and then we were off...

I pulled into the apartment complex shortly after and she led me up to her place.

We walked in and I took a quick look around. It was kinda small, but it had that homey feel.

"Nice place." I said.

"Glad you like it... Actually, I kinda wanted to talk to you about something." She said with a smile before leading me to her couch.

I sat down next to her, a little nervous. 'What could she want to talk about?'

"What's up?" I asked.

A slight blush crept onto her cheeks as she nervously rubbed her arm. "Well... I wanted to ask you... if, well... if you wanted to... you know... live here... with me."
