Jay rubbed her eyes roughly, struggling to keep her eyes open. Her feet quietly padded across the sidewalk on her way to school.

She hadn't gotten much sleep from the night before, staying up until at least twelve talking about Patrick and his gang of dickheads to Jo.

The best part about her morning was the fact that her truck blew its transmission right before school, making Jay walk to school.

Jay narrowed her eyes down the sidewalk as she turned into the gates of the school. People, not familiar to Jay, all different than the other, staring intently at her.

Until her eyes fell upon a group she did recognize. "Bill!" Jay shouted as she jogged up the sidewalk.

The Losers in all their glory, staring at Jay as she rushed to them. Richie, Eddie, Ben, Mike, Beverly, Stan, and a the newest member, Teo.

"Oh, h-h-hey Jay." Bill smiled. Jay smiled back as she gathered her breath.

"Hey, I wanted to ask you guys if you wanted to come shopping with me tonight?" Jay asked. The group of boys all exchanged looks and then back to Jay. "We're going to the roller rink tonight. It's Friday so they play all the hits." Richie replied.

"Oh, well, it's okay. I can just ask on of my other friends." Jay reassured awkwardly, "I wouldn't want you guys to miss it."

Jay focused on Beverly as a look of sympathy washed over her. "Actually, I've been meaning to do some shopping. Maybe I can go with you, Jay?" She asked.

Jay's smile slowly pinched into a smile, "Yeah totally, Beverly!"

Beverly smiled back, her dotted cheeks plumping and her eyes squinted. "What are you going shopping for?" Eddie asked.

"Probably something weird like tampons!" Richie shouted and he nudged Stan with his elbow.

The group remained silent as Richie laughed at himself. "Yeah I thought I'd buy you some Richie." Jay smirked.

Suddenly the group erupted in laughter. "Richie! She's buying you tampons!" Eddie pointed.

"Shut up no she isn't!" Richie pouted as the group slowly migrated into the school, Jay trailing behind.

Jay hoped being seen with the losers would decrease the amount of stares she was received but, to her demise, it didn't.

"What are you really going shopping for?"

Jay turned her head to Teo, who stood in front of her quietly. "Just a party tomorrow. I have nothing to wear."

Teo nodded and gave a small smile. "Hm, okay. Sounds pretty suspicious, maybe I should go just to keep you safe."

"No no no, I don't know who is going to this party but you're not going." Jay outstretched her arm and gave Teo a good pat on the shoulder.

"Why not?!" Teo objected.

"I don't know what or who is going to this party and I'm not exposing you or any of them to things you guys don't need to see at this age."

"You're such a mom, I hate it." Matteo furrowed his eyebrows and frowned. Jay laughed and ruffled his hair, "I try."

"Oh and speaking of moms, my mother wanted me to tell you that she would love to have you work for her at the bakery."

Jay felt her face suddenly heat up at the sound of Teo's quiet accent force itself out of his mouth. "Oh that's great, tell your mom I said thank you!" Jay exclaimed.

Teo smiled and nodded, "She said that you could stop by tonight for a briefing of everything you need to know."

"Okay great-"

"Where are they?!" A voice hollered throughout the courtyard. Startled, Jay searched the courtyard until her eyes landed on Greta, standing on the steps of the west wing.

"Where are the dipshits that ruined my stuff!" Greta shrieked as she held up her torn red backpack. Jay squinted her eyes through her glasses as her eyes focused on the backpack.

"You!" Greta barked as she pointed to Jay across the courtyard. Jay froze, fear stricken and paralyzed, as Greta bounded towards her.

"You did this!" Greta shouted as she prodded Jay in the chest. "What?!" Jay objected, scrunching her face.

"A little birdie told me that you were the one fucking up my bag!" Greta shrieked.

Jay noticed how students started to crowd around the two as they battled out their disagreement on display.

"Who the fuck told you that?!" Jay yelled back. "Who do you think, your boyfriend and his little gang!"

Jay furrowed her eyebrows as her eyes narrowed. The sound of laughter brought her out of her sudden thoughts as Jay glanced to her left to see Bowers and his posse, including Patrick, all laughing.

Jay scoffs, "I don't know what the fuck you're talking about, Greta, but I didn't do shit."

"That's crap you're lying!"

"Greta, why would I want to touch a raggedy ass backpack like yours?"

Jay watched as Greta's nostrils started to flare and her fists started to ball. "What are you gonna do, you gonna hit me Greta?"

Greta smiled devilishly as she threw her fist towards Jay. Jay ducked below Greta's fist as adrenaline started to pump into her veins.

"Greta what the fuck is wrong with you?!" Jay shouted as she pushed past the petite freshman. Greta huffed as she clutched a clump of Jay's hair in her fist, yanking on it.

Jay yelped in pain as she flew backwards but not before she reached behind her, clawing at Greta's wrist.

"Hey!" A voice barked from the left of the two girls. Jay felt Greta's grip loosen as she turned around to see Principal Medley pulling Greta away from her.

"What in the hell is going on with you two?!" Medley exclaimed, swiftly turning his head from one girl to the other.

"This bitch-" Greta started, "destroyed my bag!-"

"That wasn't me you psycho, it was the dipshits gawking at us!" Jay shouted as she pointed to the Bowers and his orgy.

The group of boys exchanged chuckles like little girls before turning their attention back to the event unfolding.

"Greta- my office now! Jay detention, after school."

"What?! I didn't do anything she hit me first!"

"So maybe you'll think about participating in violent acts in the court yard before hand." Medley gazed at her before gripping Greta's collar and pulling her into the school.

Students continued their routes to class as Jay stomped her foot into the concrete with frustration.

"Thanks for ratting us out you whiny bitch." Henry smirked as the boys gathered around Jay.

Jay didn't respond but instead narrowed her eyes and grimaced at the boys. "Fuck. Off. Twat."

Henry chuckled as he stepped toward the girl. "What did you say?"

Jay smirked at the thought of Henry trying to be more intimidating than Jay and quickly stepped towards Henry. The couple of inches between the two increasingly noticeable.

"Did I stutter? I said fuck off."

"You better watch yourself because I know damn well that just because some bitch is fucking my best friend doesn't mean she can fuck me over."

"Well get used to it Henry-" Jay smirked as she glanced behind him to Patrick, a wide smirk slapped across his face, "cause its happening."
