CHAPTER 9

(December 31, 2012)

(The YG family planned to welcome 2013 together. They are currently on YG headquarters partying. G-Dragon went to Hanbin.)
GD: Hey how are you guys doing? (Referring to all trainees)
Hanbin: Annyeonghaseyo sunbaenim, we're doing fine.
GD: That's good to hear then, keep dreaming okay, no quitting!
Hanbin: Yes sunbaenim, kamsahamnida!
GD: I heard that you are dating one of the trainees? (Hanbin widens his eyes. He was surprised that GD knows. GD is laughing.) Don't worry; your secret is safe with me. Wanna know how did I found out? (Hanbin nervously looked to GD.) Dara and I happen to see you at the park last Thursday, holding hands with a trainee. But don't worry; your secret is safe with us. This is how YG works, we help each other. (Hanbin is now idolizing GD even more and more) Want me to tell you a secret about the rooftop?
Hanbin: What is it sunbaenim?
GD: Before I tell you, stop calling me sunbaenim first. Call me hyung, it'll be more comfortable for me.
Hanbin: Arasseo sunbae.... Hyung.
GD: So here it is, did you know that there is a secret box in there? It was actually planted on the ground together with the plants there. It's hard to see because only those who knows can see it. Even my members, even sajangnim doesn't know about this.
Hanbin: Even sajangnim?
GD: Yes, because I made that. I have the key on me. Do you want me to give this to you?
Hanbin: Aniyo sunbae,,hyung, I am not worth it to have that.
GD: Yes you are, that's why I already told you the secret. I used to put important things in there when I was just a trainee, even my worries and everything. It helped me a lot. I know it will be a big help to you someday. I choose you to be the heir of that box. Here take it.
Hanbin: Kamsahamnida hyung!
GD: Follow me, I'll show you
(They are now in the rooftop. Hanbin is surprised to see that the box is actually on Jennie's favorite spot of the rooftop which it eventually became Hanbin's favorite spot too.)
GD: You can share this secret to someone you trust the most. (Hanbin's mind is: I only have Jennie right now, I trust her the most.) But be careful not to just tell this to anyone.
Hanbin: Yes hyung, thankyou so much! (The two went down)

(Jennie sent Hanbin a message telling that she's in the rooftop. Hanbin followed her there.)
Hanbin: Babe
Jennie: Oh you're here babe, look, in a few minutes, it'll be 2013 already
Hanbin: And I'm glad that you are here with me to celebrate it. Babe I have something to tell you.
Jennie: What is it babe?
Hanbin: Did you know that there is a secret box in here?
Jennie: Hm? Eodi?
Hanbin: (he showed Jennie the box) you can have the key babe, you can put everything you want there.
Jennie: Even the most precious thing in my life?
Hanbin: Yep
Jennie: The can I put you in there babe? (both of them are laughing)
Hanbin: Sure, but you have to come with me babe because I'd be too lonely in there (Both are laughing)
Jennie: (brings out the necklace – the one Hanbin gave on the Ferris wheel) Babe I'm gonna put this there one day because I don't want to lose it. I treasure this so much.
Hanbin: (He was moved by what Jennie said) Thankyou so much babe for keeping it safe and giving so much care about it.
Jennie: Of course, my Hanbini gave this to me!
(Hanbin hugged Jennie; they hugged each other as year 2013 came!)
