THE STORY BEHIND US: PART 1 (A JenBin Fanfiction)

BONUS CHAPTER

(January 10, 2016.Three days before IKON’s Japan Debut, six days before Jennie’s birthday. At YG rooftop.)

(Since Jennie just came back from Korea, she’s still unfamiliar to places especially in YG building. She’s been wondering around until she reached the rooftop.)
Jennie: So this is what they call the YG rooftop huh? It’s cool! (Her eyes then caught that particular place in the rooftop. It was her favorite spot before she lost her memories and eventually became Hanbin’s favorite spot too.) What is this place? It’s so beautiful, I can see the sunset in here perfectly! (She then brings out her phone and started taking pictures.) I’m gonna take good care of you guys (referring to the pitures) because.......you’ll serve as memories in the future.
(She then suddenly remembers something. She’s starting to have a headache again so she sat down on her favorite spot. After a few minutes, her headache’s gone, the memory she just remembered is that, she’s in here blowing a candle on a cupcake – that was her 16th birthday. Before more of her headaches comes back and get worse, she decided to go back down just on time when Jisoo called.)
Jisoo: Jennie-ya eodiya?
Jennie: I’m on the rooftop unnie why?
Jisoo: What are you doing there? Come down now we’re going back to our dorm palli!!!,
Jennie: Arrasseo unnie, coming!! (she then rushed down until she bumps into someone.) I’m so sorry!!! (then continues running down without even looking back at the person she bumped into.)

(2 minutes before Jennie goes down, BI is on his way to the rooftop. He decided to go there to check Jennie’s favorite spot because it’s the last thing he wanted to be before they fly to Japan tomorrow night for their Japan Debut and tour. He now arrived at the rooftop, finally. He was about to head to Jennie’s favorite spot when he bumped into someone. The girl’s too fast for him to see who that is and all he heard is “I’m so sorry”, which is somehow a familiar voice to him. He thought it was Jennie so he run back to see who it was but it was too late. No one’s there anymore except for himself alone.)
BI: What was that? She’s too fast! (He then suddenly thought of that memory on how he first met Jennie. It was something like that four years ago. How he wished that was Jennie but, he thought it would be impossible for Jennie to be in Korea right now.) Jennie-ya how are you now? When will you come back? I miss you so much!!! I know that I hurt you back then, I broke my promise and everything, I really deserve this loneliness that I'm feeling ever since you left. It's really hard. I debuted last September but I feel like there's still something missing. That is you Jennie-ya. I know that I was the one who pushed you away from me but here I am right now regretting everything that I did to hurt you. I wanted to make it up to you. Your birthday's coming and my only wish for you is that for you to come back healthy!!!! Please get well soon and come back in here Jennie-ya!!! (He's tearing up as he was saying those words. What he did not know is that his wish had already been answered, and it was ahead of time.)

(That was so close! Little did they know that even fate is doing some things like that, that will make them see each other, it's just that maybe it really is not the right time for them to meet yet. Still, what a coincidence though!!! One of them got no memories of their relationship at all, while the other one have all of their memories together and been reminiscing all of it because of loneliness and wanting to be together again. It's so sad but who knows, maybe all of the sad things are bound to happen right now for the good things to be the highlight of everything in the future, it's fate who is playing with them after all.
