CHAPTER 24

Jay:(he started forming tears) Kamsahamnida and mianhae Jisoo-ya don't worry aboutus we're fine. Why did you call?

Jisoo: Isn't it obvious oppa? Of course to congratulate you guys, you suffered a lot, and now that it's done, we are very happy that you'll get to debut soon. Just hold on for a little longer okay? and also I called to know how were you guys doin'. You keep on making us worried. And also Hanbin.. (Jay is very nervous to hear her say Hanbin's name so he cut in)

Jay: Hanbin? What about Hanbin?

Jisoo: Happy birthday to him! I just saw him this morning but I forgot to greet him, it went out of my mind that it was his birthday today because I'm too focused on worrying about him and Jennie. Is he okay? Does he have a problem? Is he sick? Jennie's very worried about her, even this morning; she keeps on telling me to ask how he was. (Jay and BI looked each other as Jisoo said those words.)

Jay: Ah is that it? Jisoo-ya don't worry, he's just stressed in writing songs and preparing for our performance and everything, that's why. I'm glad that it's all done. Please tell Jennie not to worry about him and take care of herself instead, and of course you too, all of you.

Jisoo: Okay oppa thankyou, that's what I just wanted to hear. I'll end this call now oppa I might be disturbing you. Once again, thankyou for answering our call, I thought you forgot us already. And CONGRATULATIONS!!!! (Jisoo ends the call before Jay could talk and leave the 2 dumbfounded and feeling guilty.)

Jay: Look, Jennie's still worrying about you after all you've done to her, call her now. (Then leaves)
BI: (He just did what Jay said and called Jennie. Before BI could call Jennie, she saw a new message from her. He's very nervous right now. He read the message Jennie sent her and it says: I couldn't say this last night and a while ago, sorry I forgot, belated Happy 2nd Anniversary to us! As BI reads that, he started crying harder and feeling the guilt more. He then calls Jennie.)
BI: Babe I'm so sorry! (Crying)
Jennie: (Also crying) why did you call? I thought you deleted my number; it's been a while since you called me first.
BI: Babe I'm really really sorry! I won't do it again! (He knows that Jennie is mad and is hurting)
Jennie: Why do keep on saying sorry, why? Did you do something wrong? Before anything else, Congratulations IKON you are the best! It's a relief that you're going to debut soon. You've suffered so much. I'm so proud of you!
BI: I am really sorry babe, I won't do it again.
Jennie: Do what?
BI: (he told Jennie the truth) I was distracted and hang out with Hayi couple of times. I'm so sorry, jeongmal mianhae!
Jennie: If you're gonna do this and that, why does it have to be on that day? I bet you liked her gift. (crying silently)
BI: Babe, Jen I'm so sorry (he is crying hard now)
Jennie: Stop it, stop crying, you should feel this moment. Have fun with boys okay? What can I do, it happened already. It's up to you if you do it again, just don't forget to eat and take good care of yourself and watch out for your health. (She's still crying and almost broke down.)
BI: (feeling very sorry. As Jennie said those words, he knows that she's very worried about him though she can't tell him straight considering their situation right now. That made him more and more guilty.) Babe I am really really sorry, I won't do it again.
Jennie: Okay, did you eat already?
BI: Not yet babe, want to eat dinner together?
Jennie: I'm afraid I can't eat it with you today, I need to sleep. If you want to, you can call Lee Hi sunbae, just eat with her like you always do.
BI: Ani, I'll just eat with the boys. You sleep and get some rest babe. I'm sorry that I made you cry, that I hurt you babe.
Jennie: I'll end the call now. Eat and have some rest. Don't think too much just enjoy your moment okay? IKON Fighting! (With that she ends the call)
