"Hey man!"
Sero jogged up to Tokoyami. He smiled, but then looked around.
"Where's Kousaki?"
Tokoyami shook his head. "I think she's sick today. She wouldn't answer her door."
"Awe man, I hope she feels better."
"As do I", Tokoyami said with a hint of sadness.
Being apart from her was not a feeling he liked.
Sero walked beside him as they walked up towards UA. Once the school came into view, he pointed out a small group of people running towards them.
Tokoyami recognized them as Kitsune's classmates in Class B.
They looked worried.
But why?
"Tokoyami!"
Tsunotori waved him down.
"What's going on?", Sero asked when the group met up. The students of Class B ignored him and faced Tokoyami instead.
"Have you heard from Kousaki?", Kendo asked anxiously.
"We thought you might have heard from her since you two are so close", Tsunotori said.
Tokoyami shook his head, "No I haven't, is everything alright?"
Monoma looked at him with a serious gaze.
"You don't know, do you?"
Tokoyami's heart skipped a beat at his tone.
"What do you mean?"
"Kousaki was attacked last night in her home. She's in the hospital right now."
His world fell apart around him.
