Ravan paced his room.

How do you get rid of someone?
The boy groaned in frustration and punched the wall.
Then, looking at his fist, it came to him. Ravan retreated his hand and and held it up to his face.
He'd never tried using his quirk on another living being on purpose.
His eyes fell on the potted flower on his desk. Kitsune had bought it for him to lighten up his room.
Ravan placed his hand on the plant.
Within seconds, it shriveled up and died.
Quick and painless.
A sly smile spread across his face.
He knew how to get rid of him.

Hours passed after they sedated Kitsune and gave her mood stabilizers.
Tokoyami refused to leave her. He pulled up a chair by her bedside and held her oddly cold hand. Eventually, as day turned to night, he laid his head next to her body and fell asleep.
It was now early the next day.
He had dreams of her falling again, so his sleep was light when the door creaked open.
He sleepily turned his head and opened an eye to see the teal-haired woman that walked into the hospital room.
The woman adjusted her glasses and looked at Tokoyami in confusion.
"Who are you?"
"A friend of Kousaki's", Tokoyami replied quietly, still half asleep.
The woman hastily pulled up a chair next to Tokoyami. She eyed the hand he was holding closely.
"You must be a close friend", she said, "I'm Kitsune's mother."
Tokoyami sat up in his chair and stretched, letting go of Kitsune's hand.
"I'm terribly sorry about your daughter's wings", he said.
"I know", Ms Kousaki said solemnly, "She loved them. Who in their right mind would slash a girl's wings in her sleep?"
The woman sighed and patted her daughter's leg.
"Yes. It's a shame I have to take her back to America like this."
Tokoyami's eyes widened.
"America?"
MsKousaki nodded.
"Kitsune was worried about moving to Japan, so I promised her if anything bad happened, we would move back to America immediately. It's a shame the situation was this drastic, though."
His head swirled. He was trying to comprehend what she was telling him.
