The soft grass tickled her ear.
The breeze blew across her face as she laid on the ground, her fingers entwined with his.
They sat there, enjoying each other's presence as they always do.
Kitsune sang softly to herself. It was an American song she loved.
"And when all the fires burn
When everything is overturning
There's no thing that I won't go through
Even if I have to die for you-"
"You have a lovely singing voice", Tokoyami said, gazing at her out of the corner of his eye, "Although I have no idea what you're saying."
"It's an English rock song", Kitsune laughed, squeezing his hand, "It doesn't mean much."
"Anything you say means everything to me."
She stood up and sprinted away.
Tokoyami sat up and looked at her in confusion. She turned back around and grinned at him.
"Catch me, Toko-chan!"
"You are odd, did you know that?", he called out to her.
Kitsune was skipping around the park, chanting, "Toko-chan! Toko!"
Tokoyami stood up and ran after her. She shrieked and playfully ran away, her blue braid trailing behind her.
Dark Shadow grabbed her waist and dragged her back to Tokoyami.
"No fair", she pouted as he wrapped his arms around her, "You used your quirk."
"But now I have you."
He gently kissed her forehead.
"Kousa-"
He was cut off when she was suddenly knocked from his arms.
Kitsune was on the ground, rubbing her head.
Ravan glared at Tokoyami. Danger glinted in his green eyes and his wings were spread defensively."
"You", Ravan growled.
