Death Eaters in Loose
JACK
Flynn was sitting beside Rapunzel at the Ravenclaw table. It was at that moment Jack figured that Rapunzel had already bestowed Flynn the permission to court. Jack tilted his head, reluctantly, he admitted that they make a cute couple.
Jack was not at the Slytherin table as well, he was sitting beside Merida on the Hufflepuff table. Hiccup was on the other side of Merida. His friends, Snotlout, Tuffnut and Ruffnut were sitting on the Slytherin table just right beside the Hufflepuff's. They have their backs facing them.
"I still don't get why you guys can't just eat on your own tables," Hiccup hissed, with food in his mouth.
Merida shook their head, "I dunno either Hic, I just don't feel welcome anymore," she said in a hushed tone. "I'd rather have you guys to eat my lunch with than alone."
"Well you're eating up all the food that was supposed to be only for Hufflepuffs."
"Take all the food frum our table if yer want, take all of them if you musht, I don't care," Merida said with food stuffed in her mouth.
"Can you not talk with your mouth full?" Hiccup said.
"Ye're one ta' talk...besides, this is the only place where I can do this, mum won' let me eat like this a' home."
"If you eat like that, no one will ever want to date you," Hiccup pointed out.
"The 'ell with datin'. I don't care what they think–I don't care what you think." Merida said.
Something suddenly flashed in Jack's mind; he can't help but ask Merida right there. "Merida, what did Townend tell you last friday? With the predictions." Jack said.
"Would it kill you if you called her professor?" Hiccup said.
"I actually asked her about it, now that ye mentioned," Merida said. Merida was about to tell them about she had found out, until they heard a familiar voice call out from the Great Hall entrance.
"News from the Daily Prophet!" The Harris in the middle yelled, holding up the Daily Prophet high in the air. It caught everyone's attention–stopping whatever they were currently doing, some even stood up to get to the Gryffindor table, three of those were Jack, Merida and Hiccup.
"This better be good," Hiccup said, beckoning them to follow him to the Gryffindor table. From the circle, a few heads were familiar to Jack: Mulan, Astrid, Peter, Fishlegs, Snotlout, Ruffnut, Tuffnut, Harris, Hubert, Hamish (whoever which is which), Anna was there too, Tinker Bell, Fawn, Terence, Flynn and Rapunzel (who was at the far end from the center of attention). The Harris in the middle has dropped the Daily Prophet on the table, its front page carries an article about the biggest Azkaban breakout ever:
MASS BREAKOUT FROM AZKABAN: 10 Death Eaters, including James Hook, Drago Bludvist and Gothel Lestrange
"What are Death Eaters again? Some sort of army?" Jack asked Hiccup in a whisper.
"Not just any army-the Boogeyman's army–followers you mean. They've been in chains for years, some are even in hiding, and had never been seen since the first battle at Hogwarts." Hiccup whispered back.
"How is that even possible? Death Eaters have been long gone since the Boogeyman's defeat, right?" Peter said.
"To add that they are highly-security prisoners." A Hufflepuff said.
