Long chapter ahead!
The Transformation
JACK
They used the rest of that day planning for their 'heist'. Actually, it wasn't that hard to steal a few potions in Nefario's storeroom. He never really locked it with a special unbreakable charm, but rather with just a traditional padlock that can easily be opened with an unlocking charm.
Professor Nefario's Potions Storeroom was in the Tapestry corridor. According to plan, and by plan they mean draw lots, Jack was the one to steal the potion. As much as he was in disfavor of the idea, he was left with no choice. It was his idea to do draw lots anyway.
The rest of the gang became lookouts to watch over students and professors who would pass by. Not to mention Nefario. When they were all positioned on their assigned posts, Jack took action.
"Alohomora!" In an instant, the lock was open.
As he opened the door, he was greeted with hundreds of vials of potions and jars with odd objects inside, resting on top of shelves attached to each wall of the room. It was so high up he had to use a ladder to get the ones up the top shelf.
Jack could hear his heartbeat in his ears. He'd never stolen anything before. And now he's stuck in this predicament. At least, he managed to subdue the instinct to back out. All of this was transpiring because of his proposition. The only bright side about this is that they're not doing it out of spite, they're doing it with a purpose; a good one on that.
He briefly exhaled and reminded himself of Rapunzel's notes.
"It shouldn't be too hard. Professor Nefario usually labels his potions. I'm pretty sure the Polyjuice Potion will be contained in a smaller vial."
At the end, Jack was able to take 3 vials of what seemed to be Polyjuice Potion. It didn't have any label on it, but following Hiccup's words, the liquid inside the container should look like a thick, dark mud which bubbled slowly. While staring at the foul potion, he gagged and prayed he'd never have to drink it.

"Are ye sure that's Polyjuice Potion?" Merida asked, while she, Rapunzel and Hiccup loomed over the two vials in front of them. The other one was being sniffed by Hiccup, which he soon regretted after doing so, "Affirmative," he managed to cough out. "Thick substance, muddy color, foul smell, all present. It's Polyjuice potion," he squeezed the last words out as he couldn't take the smell.
"It's alright, it's not always like that. It might change depending on the person," Rapunzel said, grabbing one to examine for herself.
"Change for worse, since we're talking about Sideburns and Patchy here," he added. Rapunzel's look changed as realization struck her.
"Wait, it changes? How?" Jack asked curiosly.
"It reacts differently according to one's personality," Rapunzel said, "If, per say, you're kind-hearted, then it could give attractive colors and a pleasant taste. If you're not then... well, worse than that," she pointed at the open vial in Hiccup's hand.
Now Jack could imagine how Sideburns or Patchy would taste like. "I ain't drinking that," "I'm not gonna drink that" Merida and Jack said in unison.
"I'm not drinking that either," Hiccup placed the vial down.
Rapunzel laughed nervously, "Let's look at the bright side guys! Maybe the twins are good after all! Deep down," she said, trying all her best to stay positive.
