When Silas finally came to he was awash with emotions. The dream.. no.. the nightmare that had haunted him for so long had come back. That one moment of powerlessness in his long existence had left its scars on him, physically as well as mentally. He still had not managed to shake that haunting memory. A small shift of movement out of the corner of his eye drew his attention to the little figure approaching his bed. Within a few moments the shape was sailing through the air towards his face. No sooner had Silas let out a cry of surprise the shape slammed into his face with surprising force. Knocking his head back against his bed frame. Around the same time his head made contact with the wood, a familiar sensation entered his mind.

"Massssster! You're awake!" The purring voice in his mind exclaimed with a wave of happiness and relief washing over him from its source. Silas chuckled a little and gently pried the squirming little kitten off of his face, giving her a pat on the head after setting her in his lap. "Yeah I'm awake Rai, can you tell me happened? Where did Ash go? And more importantly where did Lilly go?" He asked her, moving his hand to her to pet over her soft black fur. Raisa purred contently and gave him a little nod. "Assss you wisssh Massster. I will tell you. Although I do not think you are going to like my anssswer." She replied with a tad bit of nervousness that was unlike her.

"Whatever you tell me I'm not going to be mad at you for Rai I promise. Please explain to me what happened after Ash put me to sleep." He encouraged with a extra little scratch behind her ears. Raisa's eyes closed and she started to calm down, the assurance enough for the little feline. "Very well Massster. After you were put to sssleep by the girl angel ssshe ssearched the whole house but seemed to take nothing. Nor did sshe leave anything behind. Except for a fresssh ssset of protective enchantmentss I believe. I followed her outsside but sshe dissappeared in the ssnow with sssome kind of camouflage."

Silas let out a sigh and shifted positions to get himself more awake. He believed what Raisa was saying but she still hadn't mentioned anything about Lilly, and that worried him. On more than one level. Deciding to press the small cat for more information he got to his feet and carried her over to his desk. Opening a drawer with his free hand, Silas pulled out a cookie from his pack of Chip Ahoys. Raisa gave a excited squeak and launched herself at the cookie before he had even gotten his hand up towards her. The cat snatched it out of his grasp and managed to land on the desktop. A few quick munches and the cookie was gone.

"Cookiesss are ssso good! Gimme more!" Raisa demanded looking up at him. Her little ears flicked as she spoke into his mind. For some reason the little cat seemed jumpier than normal. Silas was expecting the little tirade though and knew just how to handle it. "I will only give you more if you tell me what happened to Lilly. Where is she?" He pressed a bit more firmly. Raisa seemed to shrink a little, not physically as much as energy wise. For a few minutes she didn't say anything at all. Silas was beginning to lose his mind when the kitten finally spoke. "Well s.. sshe's uh...closer than you think."

Raisa's answer didn't make any sense to Silas, in fact it only raised more questions for the fallen angel. Picking her up he held her eye to eye and said quietly to her. "Raisa what do you mean by tha-" A sudden loud crash resembling that of a bomb going off downstairs cut him off, followed by a loud shriek of horror. "Oh no! S..silas is going to kill me..!" A familiar voice cried from below. Silas blinked, looked into Raisa's little glowing eyes. Then almost as if in a daze he set her down and headed for the stairs, grabbing his jacket along the way. "Wait Massster! The girl might not be decent!" Raisa warned in his mind. Unfortunately Silas was not listening.

"Please don't be naked. Please don't be naked." He muttered over and over to himself. It wasn't the thought of her being naked that really scared him. Although the things that her being naked implied about what had been going on while he was out cold last night on the other hand did. She may remember all this stuff that had happened and he'd remember jack squat. Reaching the end of the stairs he braced himself before turning the corner. The sight that greeted him was actually adorable. Despite all the chaos that there was to behold.
