Yeah, don't bind when you're sick. Common knowledge, but I'm gonna remind you just incase you're as dumb as me and blatantly ignored it, and wore a binder today anyways.

   After 30 minutes of putting it on, it felt like I had been wearing it for 10 hours.

  So yeah, don't be like me. Be smart and don't bind when you're sick, even if you think you'll be fine.

  You should also always carry a bag with a sports bra.
