The state I'm in has barely any gender netural bathrooms, and doesn't have any bathroom protections for trans folk either, and this is the second time I've gotten a UTI in this state within the last week. It's not that big of a deal because I know the secret remedy |it's cranberry juice. It should work as long as it's not super bad infection| but it's still kind of painful and could be simply avoided.
My dad's annoyed and telling me to suck it up, and go in the women's bathroom, but like, I'd rather not have an anxiety attack, and possibly get harrassed and beat up.
My mom's telling me to go in the men's room, which I would like to do, but again, I don't have laws to protect me here, and I'm pretty sure I don't pass well enough to use the men's room safely either.
