You were getting ready for the date. You had no clue what was going to happen or where you two will go. Dakota can sometimes be full of surprises. James was having out with some friends leaving you home alone. You heard a knock on the door. You ran downstairs and opened it to see Dakota standing there with a smile on his face.

"Hey." You smiled.

"Hey. You look nice." He complimented.

"Thanks you look nice too, so what's the plan?" You asked.

"That is a surprise." He smiled. The two of you walked out of your house to be greeted by an unfamiliar red car. "Ladies first." Dakota said opening the car for you.

"Well aren't you a gentlemen?" You giggled. Dakota sat next to you. You squinted your eyes trying to see who was in the front seat.

"Alright, Mr. Goyo where may I take you?" Asked the driver.

"Dallas?" You asked. He turned around to face you two.

"Hey, _______. You two look so cute! Hang on let me take a picture." He grinned trying to find his phone.

"Dallas! You promised you wouldn't do this!" Groaned Dakota.

"Oh shut up and say cheese." Smiled Dallas holding up his phone. The two of you smiled for the camera. Dallas finally started the car's engine.

"How cute. My little brother going on his first date. They grow up so fast." Smiled Dallas getting rid of a fake tear.

"Don't cry, Dallas. No matter what Dakota will always be your baby brother, right?" You asked Dakota.

"Yeah." He smiled playing along.

"We have arrived at your destination." Smiled Dallas. You were at Dakota's house.

"Thank you, Dallas." Smiled Dakota.

"Anything for my baby brother. Have fun on your date." He winked.

"So what are we going to do here?" You asked.

"Just a romantic dinner for two." He smiled opening the door.

"How nice." You smiled. The two of you sat in a table set for two. A familiar man came wearing a tuxedo, had a black mustache regarding his blond hair and holding two pieces of folded paper.

"Greetings what would the two of you like to drink?" He asked in a fake French accent. You studied him.

"Water." Replied Dakota.

"Me too." You replied.

"Alright. Here is the menu for tonight." He said handing you the folded paper. The was only one word written in pencil. Spaghetti.

"I guess we'll have spaghetti." Dakota shrugged.

"Excellent choice. Highly recommended by the chef." Smiled the waiter.

"Devon?" You asked.

"May I help you ma'am?" He asked.

"What's with the fake mustache?" You asked. Devon chuckled as he gave you your glass of water.

"This is not fake. This is 100% real." He smiled.

"If you're going to put on a fake mustache at least make it the same color as your hair, idiot." Dakota mumble. Within minutes your spaghetti came.

"This taste great. Did Devon cook this?" You asked.

"No. Mom did. He just put it in the microwave." Dakota replied. For the hour the two of you chat, laughed, and just had fun.

"Here is the dessert menu for tonight." Smiled Devon handing you two another piece of folded paper. Just like before only one word was written in pencil.

"I guess we'll have the pudding." You shrugged.

"I'm sorry but we're all out of the pudding." He apologized. You looked closely to see he had a bit of chocolate pudding in the corner of his lip. Dakota noticed it as well.

"Dude. Did you eat all of the pudding?!" He asked.

"I couldn't help it. It was so delicious." He whispered. You laughed.

"It's fine I'm not a big fan of pudding." You smiled.

"Come on. It's nine thirty and I'm sure James would've wanted you home by nine." Said Dakota as he wipe his mouth with his napkin. You did the same.

"Don't worry. James is having a guys night out. He usually doesn't get home until one in the morning." You replied. You both went to the living room where you're suppose to see Dallas, but he wasn't there.

"Devon. Where's Dallas?" Dakota asked.

"Your amazing driver fell asleep on the job." Devon informed.

"Can you drive me home?" You asked Devon.

"I would but our parent's car is gone, my car is getting repaired, and Dallas doesn't let me anywhere near his car. Here take my bus pass." He said handing you and Dakota a bus pass.

"Thanks." You both smiled. You went to the bus and out but it was still a quarter of a mile from your house.

"I'll walk you." Dakota grinned holding out his hand. With a smile you took his hand and walked home. You were finally at your front door.

"I had fun. This date was very interesting." You giggled.

"Well I am full of surprises." He gloated. You handed him the bus pass that Devon let you used.

"So I'll see you later?" You asked holding out your hand. Dakota glanced down at your hand for a moment. You had a lot of fun. You really had chemistry with him. This was your first 'real date' with him. You've been to the smoothie shop with him, you've been to the park with him, watched movies with him, and you've been on picnics with him. But those were simply 'play dates' not 'real dates'. Dakota grabbed your hand, but instead of shaking it like you expected he yanked you towards him. It ended with a surprise kiss. You were shocked at first but kissed back. You couldn't help but smile under the kiss. It's true what people say. The first kiss is awkward. But it felt sweet. You eventually had to let go of each other.

"I'll see you later." He winked. Realizing what happened your faced pruned a bright pink. You walked inside your house and closed the front door. You couldn't help but think of the kiss. The way it felt, the way it tasted. Your knees went weak. Making you fall to the floor. You couldn't help but giggle. You made it to your room and put on your pj's. You fell asleep with a huge grin on your face.
