Beach Day

A/N- Foreshadowing!!!

One hour later, they were all assembled at the beach. All the girls were in bikinis and the boys in shorts.

The girls set up all the stuff; the umbrellas, the picnic (courtesy of Ban) and found an appropriate place to sit. The boys helped blow up some floating water stuff, but mostly just kicked sand at eachother.

Once everything was set up, the Ban yelled "Last one to the water is getting stabbed!"

Zeldris, Meliodas and King ran to the water, and so did Ban. But Ban fell and got a mouthful of sand. Once he got up, he saw he was the last one in the water. Even Elizabeth, Diane and Gelda had got to the water before him.

"Hey! You cheated!" Ban yelled. Everyone laughed.

They were all swimming lazily until Ban dunked King into the water. King came up spluttering and coughing. "What was that for?!"

"Nothing." Ban grinned.

Then Ban was the one underwater. He surfaced, looking mad at King, who just shook his head and pointed behind Ban. He turned round to see Lia behind him, scowling.

"Don't hurt King. He saved my brother!" She yelled.

"Hey! I was there too, you know!" Ban exclaimed.

"Don't care." Lia stuck her tongue out at Ban. Lia was flipped upside down by Estarossa.

"What have I told you about being rude to your elders?" Estarossa said firmly, swinging her slightly by the ankle.

"Not to..."

"So what do we say?" Estarossa sighed.

"Sorry mister Ban." Lia apologised.

Ban grunted in reply.

"Yay! Can I get down now?" She begged Estarossa.

"Fine." He dropped her and she sat in the water. It was then Ban realised something strange.

"Uhh, Yo, Estarossa?" Ban said slowly. "Should she be able to go underwater for ages like that?"

"Oh. That." Estarossa grinned. "We found out that her ability is 'Bubble'. That means she can run really fast and stay underwater for a long time. It's because she creates an invisible bubble allowing her to be light as air, making her run really fast." He explained.

"The reason she can breathe underwater like that is that the air bubble can trapcair inside of it, meaning she can use the trapped air to breathe." Zeldris added, mid game of catch with Meliodas.

"It also means that she could probably survive most attacks since she figured out how to solidify the bubble to make it a shield." Meliodas also added.

"Hey everyone! Hey Harlequin, Ban!" A female voice called.

They saw a blonde fairy fly towards them in a bikini, with a floppy sunhat and beach bag.

"Elaine!" Diane squealed rushing out of the water to hug her. "I forgot Ban invited you! Why didn't you come earlier?"

"Oh, I had to help out with the bakery, all the customers were very demanding lately." She beamed. "I brought cookies though!"

"Really?" Elizabeth said curiously, joing the two, Gelda right behind. "I didn't know you baked."

"Ban's been teaching me, and he says I getting really good!" Elaine smiled. "Who's that?"

"I'm Gelda. Nice to meet you." Gelda introduced herself. "You must be Elaine, Diane and Elizabeth talk about you a lot."

"I've heard of you as well, Gelda. The vampire, I take it. Nice to meet you too!" Elaine smiled. She felt something poke her foot and she looked down to see Lia poking her feet curiously.
