The next day, Elizabeth asked Diane, King and Ban if they wanted to go on a walk around the local village, Balance Point.

It was called so because it was where the first peace treaty between the demons and goddesses was signed. The village was known for its villagers to be very kind, caring, hardworking and blessed.

The presence of the goddesses was always there and seeing the Supreme Deity's Fortress from their windows were normal. They were also wary of high ranking demons, but didn't attack like anyone else would. No one knew why, as no one besides the goddesses and demons were aloud entry.

"Hey!" Diane waved when she met with Elizabeth, near the village. Then she noticed Meliodas, his powers activated. His stare was still cold, but not harsh, like it was before she knew him. It was almost like she could see behind his stare and figure out his real emotions. "Hey Mel!"

"Mel?" Meliodas snorted.

"Suits you." Diane replied.

"Fine." He huffed. "Ellie, is anyone else coming?"

"Yep, Ban and King should be here any minute." Elizabeth replied happily. She was sitting down on Meliodas's lap. Diane sat beside them.

King and Ban arrived three minutes later. "What's he doing here?" Was the first thing out of Kings mouth.

"Meliodas is my friend and Elizabeth's boyfriend, so please try to be civil. He is coming on the walk with us." Diane snapped.

"Fine, just keep him away from me." King rolled his eyes. "Let's go."

On the walk, King floated slightly behind the others, grumbling to himself about how much he hated demons.

Meliodas and Ban actually had lots in common and kept talking all the way there. Diane and Elizabeth did the same.

"Now, promise you won't tell anyone about what happens in here?" Elizabeth said and they all nodded, Meliodas had no need because he had been there before.

On the way through the the stone entrance, King pushed past Meliodas and almost made Meliodas fall. Cursing King, he tried to walk through the barrier but failed.

Elizabeth laughed. "Meli, think happy thoughts." Meliodas grumbled, but thought about Elizabeth and his brothers, and walked through the barrier.

They laughed at him. "Shuddup," he mumbled.

They all went forward, waving to the villagers and the village people waved back. Meliodas walked a bit behind, his arms crossed as people stared.

"Look, It's Princess Elizabeth!" One little girl said and lots of little girls and boys ran out of their houses while their mothers watched from the windows.

"Hello, Sally!" Elizabeth smiled and hugged one girl. "Hello everyone! Such a warm welcome, I'm honoured. Meet my friends, Diane, King and Ban."

They all clambered around the four of them. The little ones asked lots of questions like "What's your age?" "How are you friends with Elizabeth?" "Where do you come from?"

Meliodas stood akwardly near the group, watching as they interacted with the little ones. The adults eyed him warily when he got too close to the mass of small people so he stayed back.

That was, until a little girl got pushed out of the crowd, and fell over. Before any of the adults could move, Meliodas was there. The little girl opened her tear filled eyes to see the demon kneeling down to her. The adults took a sharp intake of their breath.

"Are you okay?" He asked quietly. "Here, take my hand." The little girl had started crying, presumably anp from the pain, not from Meliodas's scary face.
