Lia looked down.
"Lia, what curse?" Zeldris said, gripping Gelda's hand.
She took a deep breath. "The Demon King never liked different races mixing, and I became friends with a fairy. The Demon King noticed I wasn't at training everyday, I was a reserve commandment. I thought he wouldn't notice, being preoccupied with Zeldris, new to training. He was only a hundred and something, and I was a hundred and eighty three at the time. Unfortunately, your Father noticed."
"Wait, I remember you!" Meliodas grinned excitedly. "You were that girl I used to see at the training! You always sparred with Melascula!"
"That's me." Lia grinned. "Anyway, the Demon King noticed, and sent people to follow me. He found out, captured me and my fairy friend, and tortured us both. I don't remember much of it, but the fairy got her wings cut off, and then she got forced to burn them to ashes." Lia winced.
"Anyway, after that, she died shortly, and the Demon King wondered what to do with me. In the end, he cursed me to live my life as a useless child. He said that I'll never turn back, because I wasn't faithful to my own kind, and until I had complete trust and belief in one of my kind, I wouldn't ever be able to grow back."
"How horrible..." Elizabeth gasped.
"So, how are you turned back?" Zeldris wondered. "Didn't you just fight against demons?"
"I did, but I was also fighting with demons. I believed that what we were fighting for was right, and I believed in my 'older brothers', I think. I think that was what it was." Lia laughed. "That I believe what you were fighting for was good, and trusted you."
"I see..." Estarossa answered. "So, what now?"
"I don't know. I might go back to the Demon Realm, but I don't know if I'll be accepted." Lia sighed.
"Well, the three strongest demons serving under the Demon King accept you, so anyone else's opinion can fuck off." Zeldris grinned.
"Thanks." She said, standing up. She then realised how little clothing she was wearing and all the boys immediately turned away.
"Here, take this." Estarossa took off his jacket and held it out, eyes clenched shut. Lia took it and put it on gratefully.
"Thanks, Esta."
"No problem."
"So, what's this relationship now?" Diane asked curiously.
"Well, she could still technically be our sister, because she did get adopted." Meliodas grinned.
"Yay! Family!" Lia laughed.
"Yay!" Meliodas grinned.
"Now, everyone back to my room, we need to get cleaned up, and Lia needs some clothes." Elizabeth commanded.
They all trudged back to Elizabeth's room, looking dirty but victorious. Once inside, Elizabeth summoned new clothes for everyone. The boys were mostly in new shirts and trousers, while the girls got dresses.
Diane twirled happily in a mint green dress, while Elaine had purple and Lia wore black. Elizabeth, of course, got a light pink sundress out of her wardrobe. Gelda also got given a light blue dress, and some black leggings.
"So, what are we gonna do now, huh?" Zeldris looked at his brothers, who shrugged.
"What do you mean?" Elizabeth frowned.
"Well, for starters, we can't go home like all you, our Father would snap our necks." Meliodas sighed.
"And I don't think he'd even let me in the Realm!" Lia added, brushing out her pink hair.
