Chapter 49

I love how much my luck is sucking, the reason why I say this is because guess what?

My car decided to breakdown 10 minutes from Kat's, I called a tow 5 minutes ago.

I am currently in the front seat with my feet up on the dashboard, I huff and flip out my phone.

I dial Jc, just when I'm about to hit the call button a huge truck pulls up behind me.

"Finally." I relax.

I hop out and the driver of the truck hops out too, as the driver comes into vision I freeze.

The driver is fucking Aaron.

Remember Aaron? The prick who's roommate tried to assault me and put me in a hospital like 3 days ago.

He did mention that he was a driver, I just thought he meant a taxi driver...

"Hello ma'am- Tori?" his voice shows shock yet his face lights up.

"Why haven't you answered my calls or texts?!" he asks.

"Maybe because you're roommate almost raped me and verbally abused me and you just stood there like a chair. Sorry I don't want to speak with an asshole." I roll my eyes.

"I'm so sorry Tori... If it's an constellation I kicked Zeke out."

I relax a bit, "It doesn't change how pissed I am at you." I growl.

He hangs his head, like dog who just stole a plate of food without permission.

"I'm so so sorry, I guess there's no way you could give me a second chance..." he lifts his head a little to see if I've cracked.

I snort, "Not a chance, I'm sorta back with Jc."

He whips his head up, "You're back with that dick? After he cheated on you, twice?!"

I may have vented to Aaron on the late nights when I was alone with a phone, oops.

"I-I... He loves me Aaron-" a sudden spark of anger hits off "-and he was the one who saved me from Zeke. Your roommate!"

I stab my finer into his chest, "He was the one who stopped Zeke, not you. So don't try to make me feel guilty you piece of ass."

Aaron doesn't step back from the fight, but he steps forward.

"I may not have stood up for you, but I never laid my lips upon another woman Tori."

I step even closer and sharply whisper, "I'd rather have him cheat on me again then have my heart belong to a coward."

Not the best comeback but I sure as hell meant it, and I didn't care how stupid it sounded.

I snap my head back to my car and swiftly walk back over and dial Jc.

"Hey, my car broke down can you come pick me up?"

"Sure babe."

I tell him where I am and he says he'll e there in 8 minutes.

"So, am I gonna tow your car or what?" Aaron yells over.

"I'll have someone else get it." I snap.

He rolls his eyes and shrugs, but he doesn't walk back to his car.

He slowly walks back over to me like I'm going to pounce on him if he walks too fast.

"Tori, I really care for you. I do, I was just... Zeke scared the shit out of me and-"

"Will you give it a rest! I don't love you Aaron, you were just to fill the void for Jc Hun. Get over it." I snap.

I never meant to sound so mean, but it had to be said- the truth and only the truth.

"You... you slut!" he screams.

Taken back, I back into my car.

"You little whore! Using me to fill a void, bull shit! We were in love Tori! But you were just using me! Slut! Whore! Tramp!"

He yelled all the most hateful things he could, my eyes filled with tears. Each word felt like a kick and a slap.

"You-"

Before I could stop myself I did what I never thought I ever would, I punched Aaron.

Right in the eye.

Then I lifted my left leg and swung at his rib cage.

Once he was on the ground, moaning and holding his chest, I slid down next to him and cried.

I was a mess. An emotional wreck.

This is how Jc found me.

I was sitting next to Aaron who was still on the ground.

"What happened?!" Jc yelled.

"I-I punched him..?" A small smile appeared on my lips. My eyes were a little drier, still puffy. I could feel it.

"Why?"

"Because. I could." I replied quietly.

The next thing I know I was in Jc's car driving away.

That day I didn't see Kat, but I did give Aaron a piece of my mind that he needed. And a few needed punches, you can't argue that he needed that.
