Tori POV

Kat carefully gets up, she winces when she's finally back on her feet. "What happened?" I ask.

The last thing I saw was Kat shooting into the counter, did Jc push her?!

"I don't wanna talk about it..." Kat whines, she slings her arm around my neck.

"I'll drive you home." I insist, hopefully in the car she'll finally tell me what happened.

Jc was still standing, his face with clear shock. He turns to me, "I can drive her home."

I raise a brow at him, "Uhm... I think I'll take it from here-"

"No, no I can take her home. You go back to sleep, I er... know medical stuff. I can help her and stuff..." Jc doesn't meet my stare but instead he lifts Kat up bridal style then finally looks at me.

He leans in and kisses my cheek and smiles nervously, "I'll be back soon, I saw what happened so I can help her"

"What exactly did happened?" was the question I wanted to ask, but Jc looks a little crazed so I let him carry Kat to her car.

I lean against the front door after I close it behind him, I slide down and land on my butt. I stare at my hands and wonder what the hell happened.

Did Kat know something she wasn't supposed to so Jc pushed her? Or did Kat just simply slip and fall? Maybe she was cooking and something happened, or-

Connor saves me from my thoughts by lightly tapping my leg with his foot, his hands were in his pockets. He smirks down at me, "So, what's wrong?"

I stand to my feet, "Nothing is wrong, what makes you think something is wrong?"

Connor rolls his eyes, "I know you Tori, I can see it in your eyes."

"That's totally not creepy-" I scrunch my eyes shut "-see now I'm not sad."

I hear Connor chuckle, I open my eyes back up and nudge his arm "Hey, where have you been? I haven't seen you in a while."

He shrugs, "Just sleeping and eating I guess, mourning my relationships."

"How depressing."

"Oh believe me it is."

I let out a little laugh, I decide against telling Connor what just happened- he doesn't need to worry about Kat, it's a little unhealthy considering there is a huge chance they're never getting back together. Which was- to be perfectly honest- a little sad.

For the rest of the afternoon, Connor and I watch Cupcake Wars and talk about making some- then we realized we both suck at baking.

On the fifth episode Andrea waltzed in and joined us, turned out she loved the show too and had tried to make some cool cupcakes- but failed.

Connor had kicked us out since we kept talking and chatting about everything, so that's how we ended up swimming in the backyard pool.

I had on a aqua colored bikini, Andrea's looked like mind but black and gold.

"So, how have Jori been?"

"Jori?" I raise my eyebrow at her.

"I just shipped you guys, Jc plus Tori equals Jori!"

I laugh louder than needed, "That's clever, anyways we're good. How about Kiandrea?"

"We're good." she chuckles.

"How about Kannor? (Kat and Connor)"

"You don't know? They broke up..." I frown and look down at the crystal water.

She gasps, "Why?"

"Because... it just wasn't working..."
I wasn't about to tell her the whole story, I don't need another person to be ashamed of Connor. Besides, all I want as of right now is to forget about 'Kannor' and just focus on swimming with my friend.
