SAM HATED CHRISTMAS. Especially people who celebrated like idiots and couldn't think about anything else but how to decorate their home. But apparently Caroline loved Christmas and so did her best friends.

He was walking through the town square with a brooding look on his face, where the Winter Wonderland charity event was in full swing, complete with fake snow.

Sam rolled his eyes when suddenly the machine that created fake snow fell down accidentally causing the snow to go straight to Sam. He stopped in tracks as he closed his eyes while getting murderous. "I'm so sorry," the man responsible of the machine turned it off as Sam stood in one spot with fake snow covering his body.

Caroline saw everything from the side as she had her hands covering her mouth in shock. She wanted to laugh but contained, knowing how angry Sam must have been.

Sam opened his eyes as he was soaking wet from the snow. "May I buy you some coffee as a sorry?" the man asked hopefully though he held a huge grin on his face thinking Sam wouldn't get angry by such accident.

Sam grabbed him by the collar before glaring at him harshly. "May I rip your head off as a sorry?" he mocked as the man furrowed his eyebrows, scared of Sam's glare.

"Okay!" Caroline sang as she quickly rushed towards the two men about to fight. "It's okay, sir. He knows it was an accident."

She then made Sam release the man who scoffed before walking away. "Sam! I got in so much trouble with my mom because I defended you! The last thing I need for you to do was kill a poor man in the middle of a charity event! Control yourself," she snapped as Sam let out a sigh before he tried to brush off the wetness off of his coat's sleeve. "Why are you out wandering today? I don't see you as a person who likes Christmas."

Sam then smirked as the two began to head inside the Mystic Grill so Sam could make himself dry. "I don't like it. But I know you do so I had to come here," he commented as Caroline glanced at him in confusion.

"You're still following me?" she asked as Sam smirked before opening the door inside. He motioned for Caroline to come in first and she did.

Sam sneered when he saw people inside the Grill enjoying some art show. Caroline glanced at him before smiling slightly. "The better question is why are you following me now?" Sam asked her playfully as he grabbed some wipes from one table before he approached a mirror and began to make himself look more decent.

Caroline watched him from behind as their eyes met through the mirror. "Because clearly you were ready to murder that person and my mom will kill me if you do," she said everything in a nonchalant manner.
