THE WHISTLING OF SAM RHEE BEGAN TO MAKE SHERIFF FORBES REALLY IRRITATED. The two were sitting in front of each other in the interrogation room as she got a really interesting anonymous call, informing her about a male patient, who was dangerous to everyone.

Liz opened up the file, still being patient about his whistling because he was supposed to be a mental patient. Sam's hands were handcuffed to the table as he looked down at them before smirking. "They're tight," he began as Liz looked up from her reading. "But go on, Sheriff, continue on reading about me. I'm sure you don't remember me either way."

"Why would I remember you?" Liz asked as Sam smiled at her before getting more information about Caroline from her. In a way, when Caroline got turned into a vampire, for a while Liz turned her back to her daughter, but then she learned how to love her no less. Something Sam's parents never did.

Liz sighed as she began reading his file out loud. "You've been growing up without your parents since you were 8. They abandoned you and no one could find them," she explained as Sam felt a hint of sympathy. "Then, your record has been quite clear until the early teens. Offending people, picking fights with strangers. Said to be mentally unstable and put into an asylum by Lance Morgan."

Sam's smile vanished by the name of someone he considered to be his only friend, someone he was able to reveal his secret. "Surprised, there's no killing cases," Liz mused before closing the record as Sam breathed in with a smirk. "Or at least you're really good at hiding your victims' bodies."

"Liz..." Sam trailed off as she raised her eyebrow up, ordering him to call her properly. "If we're really doing this right now, do not mention that man who put me into the asylum. I was wrongfully committed."

Caroline's mother leaned back in her chair as Sam raised one eyebrow up. "Every mental patient with a spotty record would say that," she answered calmly causing Sam to look down at his hands. They were still handcuffed and Liz had the keys in her pocket. "I had my workers check the news source in which you've been framed for and the face of the runaway matches yours."

Liz then took out a picture from the file before showing Sam it. "What a mugshot," Sam commented with a smirk as Liz took a glance at it. In the picture Sam was smirking and that sent unpleasant shivers down her spine. She put it back into her file as Sam let out an annoyed huff. "You don't want to get me back there, trust me."

"I already called the facility. They're coming," Liz mused as she began to stand up. "I think we are done here, Sam Rhee."

"Was it Klaus Mikaelson?" Sam then questioned causing Liz to stop from leaving. She turned back at Sam who leaned forward before resting his handcuffed hands on the table. "Or Atticus Shane?"
