I ran around the facility to the back of it. The building was emptied when we entered it, yet the chairs were pulled out and there were papers on tables. They knew we were coming and went into hiding. I'll find them... and I'll test some things on them.
I kicked open the back door and entered the building. Proph and Marz are probably about 200 yards away from me. If I do find someone, I have to silence them quickly. I can't be discovered.
I checked each room one by one. Nothing. Each room was like the inside of a balloon.
Maybe they didn't hide inside here. Is it possible they sniffed us out long before we arrived? What if they already left the entire building. Ahh!! No! I need to know if I'm strong enough for the others yet. I have to know!!
Just as my frustration was about to get the better of me, I found a door that lead underground. Oh? This has to be where they went.
I rushed down the steps and and ran into another door. When I opened it I was met by quiet a large room. Big enough to hold 100 people comfortably.
When I opened it all noise stopped and they all looked at me.
So many people... plenty of test subjects.
I walked into the room and shut the door behind me. "Well now it makes sense why we couldn't hear you guys. This place is deep underground... I wonder..." I grinned. "Is it deep enough to drown out scream?"
A woman went to scream out in fear but I slung a line of water at her, slicing her throat open.
I slung a few more lines of water, slicing at random people. One by one their bodies tore open. "Well, well... I guess that is pretty sharp." I said.
Most of them started running toward the door. When they crowded formed a large ball of water and trapped them inside. "My, my... even without the assistance of water already in a bundle I can still trap people inside. And there's quite a few of you. Maybe 30... oh wow! Wait till everyone learns of this power! They'll be amazed!" I said while laughing.
"Why are you doing this?" I heard a man say behind me. "Huh?" I said and turned around. A mid aged man was on both knees shaking. "You mean the ball?" I asked. He just nodded while shaking. "I'll tell you why." I said walking over to him.
I swung my leg and kicked him across the skull, tearing it off of his neck. "BECAUSE ONLY TWO ALLOWED IN A CELL AT ONCE!!" I yelled out.
I looked over and saw a young woman in the corner crying next to an older man. I walked over to her. I kneelt down in front of her. "Oh no this isn't good." I said. "You're too young too see all this." I said. I stuck my hands over her eyes. "Let me fix that." I used my Yurie to drain the moisture out of her eyes.
She screamed out. "I CANT SEE. I CANT SEE!!"
I just smiled. "All better." The man next to her began gobbling his words. "How..how dare..dare...dare you." He said. I turned my head to him. "How dare I?" I asked. "All I did was help her. Now she doesn't have to see what happens here."
"You're a monster!" He said. I shook my head. "No, no. I'm no Monster. Everything I do is for the sake of others. I just needed a few rats to test on first. You just happened to be it. But don't worry, being a test subject isn't too bad, trust me. All you have to do is..." I began to twist my finger, pulling the water out of the air. "Let go of your sanity." I slug the water into the guys nose, filling his body with water.
"I wonder how much a balloon can hold until it pops!" I said while laughing. He began to scream in between gurgles. His body began to expand and his bones began to crack. Blood started draining out of his eyes and ears.
Soon his skull tore open and the water started draining out from there. "Oh no fun." I said. "I was hoping you popped." I stood up and turned back around. Everyone in the ball has drowned and are dead. "Are you kidding me!? They drowned already!? I was hoping to run more test!" I said.
The girl gasped and started to wheep. I ignored her. She fulfilled her purpose.
I heard a faint noise of an explosion above me. Darn, sounds like things are getting rough up there.
I ran out the room and up the stairs as quickly as possible. I found a hallway with two people knocked out in it. At the end was a wall with a hole in it and inside that hole was a destroyed room with coded in the middle on his knees, dropping his head in shame.
Marz stood at the entrance of the room. He heard my footsteps and turned to me. "Oh hi, Pablo. Did you run into anything?" He asked. I laughed and put an arm behind my head.
"Nope, not a thing."
