This one is for Shane's birthday and I'm still working on the other chapter but I wanted to write this since today's his birthday.
Your p.o.v.
Today is dads birthday me and Ryland decided to suprise him with a party.But we decided to plan that Ryland takes him out for a bit so that way me and everybody else can decorate and make dad's cake.Me and Ryland woke up super early to go get some more party supplies and buy a few things for the cake.We finally got home and hid the supplies and decided to wake up dad.We walked up the stairs and quietly walked into the room,"On the count of three let's jump on him."I whispered to Ryland he smiled and nodded I quietly counted to three and jumped right on dad,"OW!" I heard dad yell while jolting up.Me and Ryland started laughing,"Happy birthday dad!" I said while laughing still,"You guys are mean."dad said.
"It's out of love."Ryland said while laughing
"Yeah dad."I said while giggling,"Oh I need to get something real quick hold on." I got up and went to my room I felt my phone vibrate.I took out my phone and it was message from Uncle Garret.
The Uncle Wizard 🧙‍♂️: what time do you want us there?

I turned off my phone and put it back in my pocket and grabbed dad's card and stuffed pig. I went into his room and gave him his presents,"Happy birthday dad."I said he opened his card and started reading it.I put some pretty personal stuff in there because he means the world to me and I wanted him to know that he's my superhero.
Shane's p.o.v.
I opened the card and started to read it
Dear dad,
First of all Happy birthday your the best dad I could ask for. I never thought I'd have such an amazing dad like you.We've been through some crazy stuff together through dark and happy times.I remember when you would be there for me when I was down. You were always there no matter how dark the times were.I want you to know that I'll never give up on you just how you've never given up on me.I want to make you proud and do some amazing things like you. I'm glad your my dad and I'm glad you found someone to make you happy.Seeing you happy makes me happy your my superhero dad you may not know that but just know your my everything. You've been there for me through my darkest of times and you helped me get back up. I hope this birthday is the best love you dad.
I felt my eyes water I looked up at (y/n). She smiled at me I gave her a big hug,"Thank you."I said while giving her a tight hug,"No problem dad."We broke the hug,"Now get dressed you got places to be." She said while smiling.

I looked over at Ryland and pretended to cough.He looked over and got the message.Since dad didn't know about the surprise party I decided to pretend I was sick so me and everybody else can decorate for the party.I pretended my stomach hurt,"Ow." I said pretending to be in pain.Dad looked over at me concerned,"What's wrong?"he asked,"Just my stomach hurts is all."I said
"Oh I'll stay home to watch after you."He said
"No! I won't let you me and Ryland had things planned for today and want you to have a good time today."I said
"But your sick." He said
"I'll be fine I can take care of myself."I said he hesitated but left it alone.~timeskip~
Garret,Andrew,and grandma finally came and Morgan helped me make the cake while we waited.Garret and Andrew brought dad's gifts and grandma brought the balloons along with a present for dad.We ordered some pizza for us to eat,"When will Shane and Ryland come home?"Garret ask
"I don't know Rylands supposed to text me when they're on their way."I said as if on time my phone buzzed.I took my phone out of my pocket.

Me:I'm taking that as your on your way 😂
Padre 💗:Yes sister 
Me:okay see you in a few 😂💓
"Okay so apparently Gucci means they're on their way."I said while giggling.
"Of course sister."Morgan said while laughing we started busting up laughing. We waited around for a while. I looked out the window and saw the car pulling in the driveway,"AH! THEY'RE HERE GUYS HIDE!"I yelled
"AH! DON'T DO THAT!"Garret and Morgan yelled we all hid in our spots. The door started opening,"Do you think (y/n)'s asleep?"I heard dad ask Ryland.
Everyone got up from their hiding places and yelled surprise,"OH MY GOD!"Dad yelled while putting his hand over his chest,"You guys scared me!" He said while laughing.
"Happy birthday Shaney." Grandma said while hugging him.
"Thank you mom."He said while hugging her back.We all sat down and ate pizza I went into the kitchen and brought out the cake.We all sang Happy Birthday Morgan cut the cake and ate some.~...~
Dad opened all his presents and thanked everyone and everyone ended up leaving, Morgan went to bed after and me,dad,and Ryland watched movies until it got late,"Happy birthday dad."I said before drifting off to sleep.
