Chapter 16 New Things

Your P.O.V.
It's been a few weeks now and I finally transferred to my new school. It was pretty cool though I haven't made any friends but I kind of want to be alone. Right now I was at school finishing up my homework. I sighed as I finished up my homework I got up from my seat and turned in my packet to my teacher,"Okay you already have five credits turned in for this week." My teacher smiled,"I'll see you next week." She said I smiled and went back to my desk and texted Ryland to pick me up. I grabbed my stuff and signed out and waited in the front and sat down on a chair. I went on my phone and texted Caleb.
Me: Hey. What are you up 2?
Caleb 😍: hey I'm not doing much just stuck in class. Wbu?
Me: waiting for Ryland to pick me up.
Caleb 😍: How was your day?
Me:Pretty good. Hburs?
Caleb 😍: it's alright. Be better with you honestly.
Me: Maybe we can see each other this weekend?
Caleb 😍: Yeah that would be great. I would love to see you.
I got a text from Ryland saying he was here. I got up from my seat and headed out towards the car. I sat in the passenger and closed the door,"Hey sweetie how was your day?" He asked while he started to drive. I shrugged,"It was alright. How was your day?" I asked
"It was pretty good. Shane and I have news for you though." He said
"Oh okay." I reply~○~
We got home and Shane was on the couch watching tv. I put my backpack on the couch and sat down,"Hey (y/n) how was your day?" He asked I shrugged,"It was fine. So what did you guys want to tell me?" I asked shane turned off the tv and looked at me. Ryland sat next to Shane,"Well we are planning on moving." Shane said
"Really?" I ask in shock they nodded,"We feel like we should get a bigger house for all of us."Ryland says
"When do we leave? Also will I have to transfer again?" I ask they shake their head,"No it'll just be a bit farther." Ryland said I sighed.
"We know you hate change but its something that we felt that we needed to do." Shane said I nodded understanding,"I know it's just difficult I guess. There's so many memories in here. But I know it's for the best of us." I say with a small smile.
