Chapter 23 A Day With A New Friend

Your P.O.V.
Ryland took me to school again. I went inside the building and saw Daisy. I sat next to her and said hi,"Hey." She replied with a smile,"I'm almost done with my homework. I only have one more question. Once I'm finished we can head out." She says I smile and nod. I decided to give my teacher my packet that I finished yesterday. I waited with Daisy she finally finished and turned in her packet. Ryland waited in the parking lot because he said he'd take us wherever we had to go. He felt safer taking us and he didn't want to be alone. Daisy and I made it to the car, she went in first then I went in after her,"Hi." Ryland greeted Daisy happily she smiled.
"Hi." She replied
"Where are we headed?" He asks I look over at Daisy and smile,"Want to go to the mall?" I ask Daisy she smiled and nodded.
"To the mall it is." Ryland said happily and we drove off to the mall. The car ride was actually fun. We listened to music and talked, we finally arrived at the mall and walked inside the big building,"Okay girls meet me at the lunch area in about two hours. Or if you guys get hungry you guys can text me and I'll get you guys some lunch. Also don't talk to any strangers and stick together." Ryland says really fast I laugh.
"Okay dad we will I promise." I reassure him he smiles letting out a sigh.
"Okay well I'll see you guys later." He says and with that we went our separate ways. Daisy and I aimlessly walked around,"Where should we go?" I asked her.
"Hot Topic?" She suggested I grinned at her.
"You are speaking my language." I say with a laugh she laughed along with me and we started making our way to Hot Topic. Once we got there we both got some band merch, POPs, and other stuff as well. We waited in line to get some stuff so I decided to talk about some other stuff with her,"So what do you do in your free time?" I ask she thought for a second,"Well I watch YouTube and listen to music like Metallica and other ones too. What about you?" She asked.
"I like to draw,make music, and sing." I say with a smile.
"Really? You should do covers from songs you listen to."She says with a smile I laugh.
"Yeah I don't know. I think I'd be way to nervous to do that." I reply she smiles at me and says,"I know you can do it." Finally it was our turn to pay for our stuff and headed out,"So where do you want to go now? I'm kind of hungry." I said she nodded.
"Me too." She replied so went to go find Ryland.~...~
We had our food and started eating our food,"So where did you guys go?" Ryland asked us as he put a fry in his mouth.
"Hot Topic." Daisy replied with a smile I swallowed my food and nodded agreeing with her. Ryland smiled at us I'm actually happy that I have a friend to hang out with now. It feels refreshing I hope this friendship lasts. Things have been rough but I just hope things can get easier.

Heyyy shippers sorry this sucked but I was busy yesterday and I honestly don't know what to write but hopefully tomorrow's chapter will be better.
