CHAPTER 3: Past Unravel

When Beca and Chloe got home from the park, the blondie went straight to Maddie's room without talking to her the whole travel. Beca didn't follow her coz it's a Chloe Code telling her 'you're asshole so back off'. Also she's going to get Roxanne out of her trance.

She didn't intend to make Chloe felt that way but maybe it's just part of her pregnancy hormone, getting too attach with kids and easily pissed? She needs to understand it coz she doesn't know how it felt like.

When she entered the house, she was met by Emily who pulled her to the couch as soon as she stepped inside. She raised her eyebrows to her in confusion, then she remembered Emily has something to say a while ago.

"I have something to tell you." Emily started. Beca leaned her side to the couch comfortably telling her to continue. "Eros sent me a message telling us that Genesis' Fethum 100 is already available in black market but their price wasn't bitcoin. They're selling it with exchange of children with specific type of blood and hair color. Chloe's in danger, she needs to stay in blonde."

"Our baby is in danger…" Beca muttered and sat straight then looked back at Emily. "But there's a lot of pregnant redhead in this world."

"And all of them are in danger. You can't tell if they're same type with Chloe's." Emily said. "Even Maddie, she's in danger. She's a pure redhead but she's type O. I don't like the idea of them having a human trafficking business."

"It's not actually a business," Beca said. "It's a craziness." She stood up and went to Aubrey and Flo's room. The tall brunette followed her.

When they reached their room, Beca entered the room while Emily's just in the doorway. They both saw Aubrey's reading a book while Flo's brushing her hair in front of the glass wall, seeing her own reflection.

Beca sat on Flo's bed while Aubrey's not paying attention to her. "Maddie's in danger." The small brunette causing Flo to turn to her while Aubrey looked up to her with a frown. She's wearing her eye glasses.

"What?"

"Genesis is already selling Fethum 100 in black market but the value of it wasn't bitcoin. They're selling it through human trafficking and their target was children with red hair." Emily said. "You guys know the effect of that drug and it has no good result except if you want someone to die without any evidence. A lot of greed people are buying it. Their access is through membership, if you buy it, you're part of their deal. They will eye you and protect you to any kind of danger, that's the part of their package deal."

"We know." Flo said making Beca and Emily turned to her. "We're a part of their group so we saw how they deal with it. If you didn't let me out of this cage, you will not know if the people who's keeping closer to you is an enemy."

"You will never go out of this four walls, Flo." Beca sternly said. "As long as you're not sharing what you know about Genesis, you will never get out of here."

"I told you, I don't know anything apart from the shipment and stuff they do inside the lab and I already told you that." Flo said, definitely annoyed that Beca's keeping her for so long yet she has nothing to do with it.

"Then you know where are they staying?" Emily asked, Flo rolled her eyes.

"Do you think they will stay there after you get me?" Flo asked back. "I don't think so. They already planned their escape plan even before they even invade the mansion and kidnap Chloe and we never knew anything about that coz thought they're going to help us or even get us with them. They're assholes."

"They even fucking shoot me not to get inside their chopper." Aubrey said with a hiss and turned to Beca. "What do you want us to do?"

"You guys are not allowed to get out of this house not because we don't want but because we're protecting you. You said you know their faces." Emily said as she gave Aubrey a sarcastic smile.
