Three days without a break, three days without food, water, or sleep... How is this possible for a eight month old kitten? I didn't know any creature could do that....?
I thought as I continued following Flower. It was later on in the day, but the sun was still shining brightly. I was exhausted, hungry, thirsty, tired, and the wound on my hind leg was killing me. But Flower seemed to be wide awake, and energetic.
Finally, we stopped, at a big tree, and under it were two piles of dead flowers. Flower walked to the tree, and put some fresh flowers she had collected a little while back, on the two piles of dead flowers.
I was tempted to take off all of the flowers, to see what I'd find underneath. But really, who would be dumb enough to do that? I mean, Flower would kill me for sure!
But, I ignored my thoughts and decided to do it. But I had to be patient. It was still light, so I had time.
But it was almost sunset. I had a few hours to do this.

Flower sat beside the piles of flowers, and closed her eyes. I decided to take advantage that we had stopped, and get some rest too. But I had to keep in mind, The Blood Pack should be around here. But sleep took over as soon as I lay down.

"Come to me...come to me...come to me...you know you belong with us...with your true family....come to me...come to me....come to me...
I see you while you sleep...I see you while you dream...I have your family and you know you want them back...you know you want to join her...you see the power....you desire what only I have...and I can give you that...if you come to me...come to me...come to me...and you will find happiness... Come to me and you will find peace...come to me and you will find power....the power that belongs to us...come...come...come... Before its too late for you..."

A voice said. Bubbles surrounded me.
Again, I tried to breath but I couldn't.
I choked and coughed. I couldn't move, just suffering, and there was nothing I could do. "Don't make it harder for yourself...I create pain, and I can take it away..." Finally I could breath again, and I saw Father. He smiled at me.
"Oh my brave kitten, I wish I could have warned you, I wish I had been as brave as you are, I wish you didn't have to be my kitten, why my kitten?" He said sadly.
"What do you mean?" I tried to say, but no words escaped my mouth.
"I wish I could have protected you from this...I'm sorry" he said sadly, before fading away into nothing.

Two big yellow eyes europted into the blackness. "Come little kitten...come to me..." It said. A fluffy white cat was standing in front of the yellow eyes.
They looked about a year and a half old. They wore some type of flower crown, or tiara on there head.
She had hazel eyes. She didn't say anything, she just stood there.
"Come to me..." Again the yellow eyed thing said. It was looking at the fluffy white cat. And again, like last dream, I was uncontrollably coming closer to the eyes. Unable to talk, unable to move. The eyes looked up from the fluffy white cat, and looked at me.
"Hello Kitty" it growled and showed its fangs. They were about the size of two fully grown cats, standing on top of each other. "COME TO ME!!!!"

I jumped up a few cat lengths from the ground. I gasped for air. It was sunset. I had to get to work.
But I couldn't help but think of the nightmares. They were getting worse and worse. I wondered.
What do these dreams mean?
Who was that white cat? Why do I keep having dreams like this?
Once I fall asleep, I dream of a pain.
Last time it was me loosing my tail, now it was me not being able to breathe. Then I'd dream of a family, first Mom, now dad. And there always saying things I don't understand...
Then two big yellow eyes appear, and someone's standing in front of them.
First StripeTail, then this white
she-cat. And the yellow eyed thing always says 'come'...come where?
I wondered. I shook my head to get rid of the thoughts, then I quietly walked to the two piles of flower petals. I took a deep breath.
Let's do this!

I began quietly moving the flower petals away. It was growing darker and darker, but I had to continue.
Flower was sleeping, leaning on the pile of petals opposite to the one I was digging in. There were lots of petals, and it would take longer than I thought. It didn't help my injured leg was getting worse. Slowly, slowly, the sun went down, leaving the sky a dark blue, almost black colour. The stars were starting to appear, and they shone some light. I could see more now, because of the brightness of the moon and stars. But it wasn't really enough. I was digging in the petals for about ten minutes. I started to get cold, and I wasn't sure i was going to find anything. But that's when my claws scrapped something hard. It made a long screeching sound as my claws scratched it. It was certainly the loudest thing in this part of the forest. I paused, my heart racing.
Please don't wake up...
I looked at Flower. Her dirty grey fur, with the stripes of black, being blown in the wind. Her brown eyes covered by her eye lids. Her paws were brown from the dirty water she had stepped in. There were small plants in her fur, from walking in the forest.
My eyes locked on hers. Or her eye lids anyways. She didn't move. She was still sleeping.
I sighed in relief. I looked down to see what my claws had hit.
It was stone. Flat stone. I curiously dusted away to remaining flower petals, being careful not to scratch the stone again.

Finally the stone was clear of the flower petals, that were once piled over it. Both fresh and dead flower petals surrounded me. I looked at the flat stone, covered in moss.
What is this?
I looked around for any clues, when I saw a crack in the side of the flat rock. It was two flat rocks on top of each other! I decided to lift the top rock, and see what I find underneath.
How will I do this without waking Flower? Its too risky...but its too late now...
I carefully pushed the top rock. It made a long screeching noise.
It sounded like a hawk screaming at its prey. But I held my breath and continued. I hoped Flower couldn't hear it. Finally I had pushed the stone far enough, and I looked inside.
It was pitch black, and my eyes struggled to adjust. But finally I saw something.... Cat bones...
Flower tackled me to the floor.
My heart jumped to my throat.
Flower hissed in my face.
Flower...can hiss?! Maybe she can hiss and growl only when she really needs to?
I looked into Flowers merciless brown eyes, that once looked peaceful.
Flower... Is...angry?
Flower took her claws out, and her paw slowly went down to my throat.
"Please- Flower....we're friends, right?" I swallowed. Flower was a month older than me, and slightly bigger. Plus I had one less hind leg I could use. So she was much stronger. Flowers claws slowly dug into my neck. I felt blood trickle down my fur. "Flower, no!!"
