{Back to Jimin's POV}
"I'm very tired and willing to just directly go to the hotel, noona." Joohyun smiled. She saw those bags under Jimin's sleepy eyes, that she quickly changed her direction towards the famous, five star hotel, Jimin would be staying.
"So, we're going to eat there, I guess?" She said to the younger, who just nodded in impatience. She drove away swiftly, but stopped a while on the red traffic light, while talking on the phone with her unknown friend.
"Yeah, yeah, I will go to Seoul, next week? Okay, okay, me? Yeah, I'm free for the whole next month, so why not? See you by later, then? Uh-huh, alright," she chuckled. "Bye.." Joohyun ended the call, shove her phone inside her pocket and continued driving.
"Who's that?" Jimin curiously asked, even he sounded like he didn't since his monotonous voice was just too flat. "Seulgi." She sniffed. "It's just funny that we still keep in contact after like a year with no meeting?" Joohyun arched her eyebrows.
Jimin did not respond nor react at all. His tiredness covering his whole appearance, mentally and physically in exhaustion. He did not know the reason why, and the one stressing him out was his mind's constant questioning of his very own heart feels. He wasn't aware from the fact that he was just in love with Suga and could not help but being very lonely just by left alone in his house for some weeks. The constant nightmare had been haunting him 24/7, slowly killing him without noticing.
Jimin exhaled. He decided to turn on the radio to feel the blank space. 'Good Night' by Dreamcatcher playing all in sudden, Jimin was sure enough Joohyun was humming her newest favorite song in those higher pitch. [Fun fact: I'm addicted to this song]
Jimin stared into the nonetheless, his eyes opened wide, but his mind was out of the world. He exhaled with tons of burden carried on it. His face was dim with overwhelming emptiness, crying for the excitement he didn't have anymore. He sighed deeply.
Joohyun drove safely until the hotel, letting the young boy having his time. She dropped him off, helping him with his stuffs, then used the valet parking, so she could just directly eat at the high class restaurant she was craving for.
Her jaw dropped as soon as they both sat on one table at the amazingly designed restaurant. Her mouth started to water on the menu list, while Jimin was not even feeling like eating. Joohyun tried to stop herself from ordering greedily, so instead she just ordered triple sandwich and double sized blueberry-strawberry milkshake with whipped cream, Jimin just asked for a portion of mini cupcakes with mint sugar icing and rainbow sprinkles, and some green tea frappe.
Their orders came faster then what they expected to be, the lunch was silent, only chews and gulps heard. The other voice heard was the clock echoing the empty room and their fancy utensils clinking. Joohyun and Jimin finished their food, making the two stood, Jimin immediately made his way to the cashier counter, paying for the expensive meal.
Joohyun knew how tired the younger was, so she decided not to talk much first. She grinned and thanked the younger, then left Jimin to let him rest on his own, rejecting the offer to nap on Jimin's rented penthouse after all. Jimin faked a small smile, waving to Joohyun, as the car image slowly began to disappear.
Jimin checked in the administration, then walked to the elevator and clicked the right button to his room on the highest level of the skyscraper building. He made himself sure he was right. Unexpectedly, the lift stopped on another floor to pick another person. Jimin sighed. But, at one look his jaws were dead dropped to the ground. Suga.
