Tristan's POV

Hmm, I sighed. It was so great to be out with the sun on your face, just sitting there. Chloe was asleep, she seemed content. Yeh, I sighed again. But this was no longer a sigh of happiness but a sigh of misery. It had just hit me that Chloe was completely oblivious that Maggie was evil or that at least something dodgy was going on. I turned to look at Chloe but she was no longer smiling. She seemed to be shivering and nervously moving around. Poor thing she's probably having a nightmare.

I sat there for a moment and looked up at the clouds. How was I going to tell her that Maggie was dodgy? She would never believe me. Hey, she knows Asketel, what if he's as crazy as she is, I mean he seems, ok, but sometimes ok isn't always "ok". Either way I'm not sure if I can trust anyone. Except Chloe of course and deep inside I do trust Seth, I suppose.

Suddenly I felt someone walk past my leg. I looked down, but there was nothing there. I felt it again, yet once again I looked down and there was nothing there. Hold on, I got off the bench and peered underneath. I was right because when I looked under I could see the cat from earlier. It didn't try to run and just sat there looking at me. I went to pick it up and it almost came towards me and let me pick it off the grass. I got back on the bench and started stroking it as it sat on my lap.

For a while I sat completely still feeling very content. However, I felt Chloe nudge me and when I turned I noticed she was frowning and moving. I know it's bad to wake up people when they badly needed the energy but she almost seemed to be in pain. But before I had the chance to do anything the cat leapt onto Chloe and scratched my arm in the process, making me draw blood.

"Oww" I cried as Chloe began to wake up. What?! I can talk? "Hello? Hello? Yes!" Chloe's eyes began to flicker open but I was grabbed from behind and the last thing I saw was the cat spring off Chloe's lap as I was yanked around the corner.

Chloe's POV

I woke up. I shook my head. So it was all just a dream. I looked around and No one was there, but the sun was shining brightly down. At least it was all just a nightmare. At least I think it was a nightmare. It seemed so real, usually my dreams are just a blur but I could remember it so vividly. That cat, Tristan in the shower, that bone chilling scream...and those red eyes. I shivered at the thought. Well I guess I'd better find the other's, I'm sure it was nothing.

I walked inside the house and sure enough I was no longer in a dream. Only Seth was there but he seemed happy enough. "Heya" I said as I smiled at him. He smiled back, "I see you've finally recovered" He stated. "Yup, so how was training with Asketel?" "Good, where's Tristan? He was outside with you last time I looked."

So Seth didn't know either. "Umm, he wasn't out there when I woke up." I said. Seth shrugged. "Also, where's Mags and Asketel?" I questioned. "Seth frowned,"hmm...oh yeh, Mags went out the front to brighten up the garden and Asketel is upstairs in his room." "I didn't know Asketel had a room?" I said.

Seth grinned "He doesn't I gave him my room because I don't actually sleep, so he's sharing with Tristan." He chuckled "I feel sorry for him" I grinned back at him and headed upstairs.

I could hear music coming from Asketel's room and I just knocked. The music stopped and the door opened and he smiled at me. "Sorry, I just wanted to check you were ok and properly say hi. We didn't really talk much before so..." I trailed off as he just stood there in silence. Finally he said something. "I'm fine, that's nice of you to come and see me. Thanks" I walked away and smiled at him. I turned my back but quickly turned round again as I felt a surge of dread. I looked around just in time to see Asketel's face turn from a smile to a frown as he bit his lip and closed the door.

Something wasn't right. Tristan was never around, and Asketel...he was defiantly hiding something...and that cat... I don't know what's going on but I'm going to find out one way or another. I trudged into my room and lay down on my bed drifting to sleep once again.

Unknown POV

Dammit. What was I going to do I was surrounded. I bent down and summoned all my strength to transform. Ha now they were all goners. Stupid blood demons, they don't know a thing. I leapt at the first one and scratched at its eyes. I ran round the circle destroying them one by one. I laughed as I went round and the only song I could think of was "Another one bites the dust".

Once they had all "Bitten the dust" I transformed back and looked at my piece of paper. The address said;

21 Haledread Avenue

Yankshire

Greenditch

Hmm. They would finally meet their match and I could defeat the blood demons once and for all...
