Ohemgeeee hi guys, long time no see! I know the last time y'all remember I was five, or most likely six, but just know y'all ain't miss not a thing. I'm still the same ole bubbly, energetic, carefree little girl, just in a bigger body.

Oh, and a bit more wiser.

Life has been great. Actually, better than great. I've been blessed enough to have a little sister, and have a new house, Demi has been an amazing mother to me, my dad got a new job, and more. When you've been as blessed as I have throughout my lifetime, you don't dwell on what you don't have or couldn't get.

I had to learn that the hard way, but it's now duly noted.

"You ready?" I ask Kayden.

Kayden came over here earlier when Auntie Cha bought her over here before leaving with her friends. She mentioned something about mimosas or cocktails of some sort, I don't know.

Kayden comes over here a lot, which I'm actually thankful for because I don't really have anybody to talk to besides Sky and Justyce is soooo aggravating. She always wants me to play stupid little childish games, and I do play them sometimes, but I just hate it when my dad forces it on me just so that her feelings won't get hurt. She has to learn how to play on her own sometimes there's nothing wrong with that.

Amaiya comes over here too, but she doesn't come over as much as Kayden since she's older and probably doesn't wanna be bothered all the time. That's too bad though because sometimes whenever Kayden doesn't come over here, I go there. They don't have a choice but to see my face, they are stuck with me forever.

"Yup." She says, standing from my beanbag chair.

I go over to my bed and grab my phone off of the charger. Tapping the screen, I see the screen light up and my eyes dart to the top right corner to see what percentage it'd gotten to. Dang it, only 53%?

Shrugging my shoulders since it's my own fault for constantly taking it off, I walk over to my dresser. I pick up my pink wallet and open it before taking my money out, placing all of it at the back of my phone secured by my case.

We then walk out my room, turning the light off and closing my door behind us. My mama goes crazy when we leave lights on talking about some 'y'all have it lit up like a Christmas tree' or 'y'all acting like yall pay the bills'. Crazy thing is, it only be one light on.

Mothers always overreact.

Which can be a good thing sometimes.

After making it to the last step, I look over and see my mama hopping around in the kitchen. Her foot may be bruised and still hurt, but y'all know nothing can stop her from finding something to eat or snack on, not even if it's her on her death bed.

"Ma, you supposed to be letting your foot rest." I walk in the kitchen, scolding her in the process.

"I was hungry and your father didn't wanna get up and get me somethin." She says making me shake my head.
